Wanted to order a cooked prime rib for Dec 28. I called a week and a half ahead and was told to order it on Thursday Dec 26 and it would be on their truck on Friday the 27th. I followed the instructions given to me by whoever answered the phone. I had to call 4 times before someone finally answered the phone.Even though their website and their facebook page said they were open, they in fact were not open. I called numerous times between 10:00am and 1:00pm with no answer and then drove over to their shop.I was highly disappointed that I was not able to serve my guests what I had promised them because of such poor customer service.Needless to say I won't bother patronizing Bay Meats, EVER.

The quality of product, as well as the quality of employees, could not be worse. Don't waste a dime here. Better service and product at a chain store. The employees can't ever end personal conversations to do their job & wait on paying customers. This place has also been cited by the board of health.

Great meat. Grind their own Chuck-excellent for burgers. Daisyfield pork products. Will cut steaks and roasts to order. My go to place for total meat supply.
