Barry Bagels

Dangggggg this was delicious. We custom made a breakfast sandwich. It was hot, fresh and delicious. They gave us the wrong bagel... but it was still really good.

Great service, great bagels with the nice chew and the pumpernickel bagel was fantastic! They give a generous portion of cream cheese too! No thin schmear here! Nice ambiance inside and friendly service.

I thought the bagels and hash browns were good. The food is fresh and hot. They were out of Asiago bagels by 10:30, I was disappointed, but I liked the everything bagel. I thought the regular coffee was pretty good too. And the tables and inside were clean and stocked. There is something about their ordering procedure that makes ordering not as smooth as it probably could be. When I first ordered, one person asked what he could start for me and I named the first item and then he started making that and walked away before I could mention the other things and then another staff person asked what they could make for me, I think three different people made my order. I was a first timer so I found this confusing. Once I was done ordering I then had to repeat the order again to the cashier. It was odd ordering, but they made it all happen, and we liked the food.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I noticed the bagels flags outside near the main street and decided to pull in. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I mentioned it was my first and the employee took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions. I thoroughly enjoyed my bagel sandwich. They have a bakery counter and fresh coffee also. Employees wore masks and gloves. There were hand sanitizer stations and signage enforcing six feet distancing requirements. One door was used for entry only and one was exit only to keep customer flow moving efficiently.The inside was very clean. I would definitely return.

We were in town for four days and stopped in on day two for breakfast. I am so glad we did, and started each morning the next two days. Each time the bagels were fresh and wonderful. We tried the jalapeño and cheese, so tasty and spicy. The cinnamon with raisin and cinnamon with vanilla. Both were excellent with the cinnamon cream cheese. Thank You everyone at Barry's Bagels for great food and service. Everyone we met at every restaurant and everywhere else around Cleveland was super nice and made it a great trip.

Cleveland has so many great bagel shops and Barry Bagels is one of the greats. Located in the large shopping center at Detroit Road and 83 it's easy to find. Parking is plentiful. The inside of the restaurant offers plenty of tables for dining in. I noticed that they even have a back room blocked off by a wall. It looked like a great spot for a group meeting or gathering.The bagels are delicious and I love the variety of flavors. There are more than a dozen bagel flavors and half a dozen cream cheese flavors. The honey brown sugar cream cheese is my favorite. If cream cheese isn't your thing they also offer peanut butter and hummus. The breakfast sandwiches are really good too. I haven't had the chance to try their lunch menu, but they offer plenty of bagel sandwich options for lunch.

Great spot for a fast breakfast or lunch! They have a lot of bagel choices & even a gluten free tortilla option.

Terrible customer service this morningMan that took order was confused with six bagels 1 plain 2 everything one blueberryWith cream cheese and did not like it when I wanted them toasted When I order 6 coffees he was bombarded and we're out of coffeeAnd a kid behind me ordered a meat and egg bagel he wanted to know what kind of bagels it came with the guy said he is not a bagels expert you pickThe girl behind the counter said he i know he is hard to deal withAnd they were out of coffee waited 10 to 12 minutes to make more coffeeI could not wait to get out of thereThe lady was nice The guy that took care of me was the worst I every got treated at a restaurantI figured he is the owner so that is the only way he can treat people like that and get away with it

Been coming here to meet friends after church for a few years, always by their suggestion. Service is always a 5 star plus and remains their strength. Food perhaps 3 star, coffee is just good. Prices seem high for what you get.I'm sure there is a reason for this but the traffic pattern entering the restaurant is such that it takes a long time to order, slide down, get your order then go claim a table. This bottleneck causes people to wait , or cram in cold weather, in the foyer or even outside. So through put could be much better. All in all, it isn't my first choice when people ask where I'd like to meet.

Great bagels and bagel sandwiches! I like to walk into a place that is actually happy to serve their customers.
