All the bakery is Excellent! The donuts are delicious , fresh and they sell out quick, so get there early. All the workers are very kind and helpful.

While staying at a nearby hotel my husband was searching for a bakery to grab a morning sweet treat. He stumbled upon this one in his search and it was on our way to the city. It was a smart choice and seemed popular. The choices were overwhelming, I wish we could have said 1 of everything. We met the nicest woman while waiting and said we could not go wrong with the chocolate chip walnut, we also had to try the cassata cake but since traveling we got the cupcake. My husband got a piece of the banana cake and molasses cookies. I see why it is so popular and if we are ever back in the area I will need to try more cake

O M G. When you walk in the door the smell of delicious pastries hit you in the face. Very clean lobby, and the pastry presentation was beautiful. I wanted o e if everything. We picked up a Cassata birthday cake and several individual items(for sampling). The lady assisting us was so friendly and told us the history of the bakery. Great information. Will visit again when in Cleveland.

It's pretty decent not a place I would go to all the time for dessert. With that being said it's good

Every time I visit Cleveland, my mom and I go to Baraona's. It is usually always an experience. This time as usual, I ordered a cassata cake for pick up and when we got there, we had to get other desserts lol. The representative who waited on us was knowledgeable at her work but she had absolutely no enthusiasm. It seemed as if she didn't want to be there. This kind of turned off our experience this time around. As usually we have someone who has high spirits. The bakery is nice inside and customers are usually excited to get there goods. This makes it inviting for customers! Also, there is free parking for Baraona's on the side of their building.

Don't be intimidated by the line when you first walk in, it moves quickly. Excellent customer service, the employee who helped me was very kind. As for the food, I got two chocolate chunk cookies and a brownie. The cookies aren't bad but maybe a little generic? They didn't wow me. The brownie is pretty good though! The icing on top is incredible. I saw sets of 6 cupcakes and I wish they had been selling cupcakes individually! Would love to try one of their cupcakes. Judging by the selection in the case, I think they have something for everyone. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing went there fir years snd never unhappy. Icing fantastic. The strawberry one will satisfied you every time!

I'm today years old, and I grew up in Maple Hts., and today was the first day of being in Baraona's (we were Hough Bakery daffodil cake people, what can I say...‍). What wonderful people who work there, and the attention to detail on cake decoration was fantastic. Looking forward to having some cassata cake this weekend, and revisiting this legendary business.

Best cakes !!! So many choices!!! We used to drive over an hour for the strawberry an cream cake for a birthday every February. Thankful we live closer. But it was worth it.

This Bakery is one of the last original, old school, bakeries left in Cleveland. Let's do our very best to keep them in business and recognize their kindness And hard work that goes into their daily production of traditional Italian pastries. They did Cassata Cake and Italian desserts for a 16' dessert table for our daughter's wedding. Not only are their Italian pastries the best in Cleveland, their customer service was above and beyond any expectation. Gail spent so much time with me tomake sure my order was perfect! After months of planning and even changing some of my order, to include more of everything..........the dessert table was such a big hit........considering the majority of our guests were from out of town........I felt we gave them a taste of THE VERY BEST Of CLEVELAND! At our breakfast the next morning, our guests confirmed how much they enjoyed the original Italian pastries. We must continue to support this bakery and recognize their daily effort in producing the finest Italian Pastry in The City of Cleveland. So that they will be here for future generations. Tammy Ryan
