Bakes by Jill

We recently had a catered breakfast here at the office. Bakes by Jill was recommended. We had an amazing assortment of coffee cake and carrot cake muffins. Wow the muffins were moist and explosive with flavor. My favorite was the coffee cake, nice crunchy top, middle was baked to perfection and the muffins held together while eating them. To understand how good the coffee cake was you have to grasp the carrot cake, which was filled with a cream cheese center surrounded by fresh warm carrot cake. Full of flavor, moist on the inside and structurally sound on the outside. The carrot cake was almost as good as the coffee cake, but there has to be a winner and a loser, unfortunately today the carrot cake came in a close second. Any other time Mr. carrot you would have won; but today the clear winner is the coffee cake. Try them both and decide for yourself!
