Bake Erie

I'm addicted! The craftsmanship on these dang cookies was TOP TIER! Had to have these shipped down to da Who Dat Nation and they were packaged with exceptional care. The cookies were fresh and buttery and delicious! Who Dat made deez cookies? BAKE ERIE, DATS WHO! If ya don't know, now ya know, ya heard me.

I am so mad at myself for failing to get pictures of all the extraordinary treats.... I asked a few weeks prior if she could help out with some bite sized treats for a graduation party, thinking it may be too short notice, and was so happy when she obliged. Best. Decision. Ever. I let her take the reigns and picked several items, and let her choose the rest, and honestly not one thing disappointed!!! For a very minimal fee she even individually heat wrapped each piece as our party was outside. It has taken me longer than I wanted to leave a review but I cannot wait to go back for some tasty desserts and will definitely be using Bake Erie for all future party needs as well. Everything was beautiful and delicious. And you could just tell, baked with love and care So very thankful for helping make my sons graduation party that much more special.

Bake Erie is a super cute place! You might know them from seeing their bakery around town in local coffee shops like Gathering Grounds. When I was in the Cooke Marketplace for a rare pandemic outing, I was thrilled when I stumble upon their shop!When I think of Bake Erie, I of course think of their colorful Ohio cookies with delicious frosting. If you catch them during the day you'll see a bigger selection, but I was there near close so cookies were all that was left (but don't worry, we still bought). The inside has a clean, white feel to it that every teenager will love taking photos in.There's a few tables to sit and relax or you could take your bakery to-go while strolling the Marketplace. Bake Erie makes delicious treats that are just as tasty as they are beautiful. Support this small business that's creative and made with love!

Stopped in earlier today and had a chocolate oreo brownie, and it was fantastic!!! My Mom had a lemon donut, and said she enjoyed it as well. The shop had a very nice selection of homemade desserts, and the guy working the counter was very friendly. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Oh my gosh. They post new items daily so there is always something new and amazing to try! Everything I've had is absolutely amazing! Lemon donuts.. brownies.. the banana pudding is SO good

Absolutely fantastic baked goods. The cranberry bar was delicious and an excellent breakfast choice and the espresso cookie was the perfect afternoon pick me up. Will be stopping by on my next trip through.

Such a true gem in Sandusky! Absolutely delicious, beautiful, and fresh baked goods! I tried an assortment of treats and loved them all but my favorites were the chocolate chip cookies and cake pops! I am so impressed! Don't miss this tasty shop when in downtown Sandusky!

Have cookies to sell throughout the day. I go in there and there I just 2trays to buy. You should have individual cookies to sell at all times. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Bake Erie is worth the stop. I went in looking for one cookie and the person behind the counter was so nice. The cookie did not disappoint either.

Bake Erie is a perfect addition to Sandusky. I've been in several times since it's opened and they always have the best treats. Our daughter loves the cake pops. My husband said the chocolate chip espresso cookies are the best cookie he's ever had. My favorite are the cut outs. 5 stars across the board!!
