Badurik's Butcher Block

Excellent service and quality meat! We're from Santa Maria, CA and we get tri-tip here to specially grill Santa Maria style Tri-tip. Delicious!

My Grandfather and his brother were kosher butchers in the Ukraine when they came to America in about 1918.So, I'm pretty familiar with beef, the various cuts, how to break down a cow. I respect butchers, and I love genuine butcher shops. The Butcher Block is clean, brightly lit, friendly, and has been here for about eight years.I just came here for first time. Asked if they knew how to cut Korean style beef short ribs. Yes they do. They don't have the bone in kind, but will custom cut them for you, and hand them over.They look great. Just enough fat for tenderness and flavor. Gonna marinate them for a bit in some soy, sesame oil, garlic, pear juice and lime juice.THEN cook them over lump hardwood charcoal. Looking forward to this.I know I will be a steady customer. Homemade sausage, kielbasa, Amish rolled sweet butter, seasonings, really everything you want.Oh, and if you want veggies, they have onions too!

Steve and his workers are all so helpful and pleasant . The selection of quality meats are incredible. Have been a loyal customer for years. I never buy my meats any where else.

Best steak burgers around the valley by far!! Very reasonable price. Call ahead and they will have your order ready.

This place has great food never have I had a problem there lamb burgers are alsome on the grill. Staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome keep up the great work guys

Hands down you can't find better quality meat anywhere else in town than Badurik Butcher Block. Always fresh, and precisely cut, you better believe your dinner is going to be fantastic, just like my steak dinner was tonight thanks to Steve and his crew!

Hats off to the team at the Butcher Block. Went in 100% blind, led to the butcher by searching my Google Maps app for iPhone. This is my kind of spot to grab steaks, meats, and burgers.Had to buy lunch for a group of 10 guys total. Of course, the request for STEAKS, STEAKS, and STEAKS. I walked in and requested 5 NY strips and 5 ribeyes. They were cut as I waited and they threw in a free pack of black and blue burgers to be nice.Oh, and their steak seasoning rocks.

I ordered a Prime rib roast for New Year and it has to be the best prime rib roast I have ever had. Anytime I go, the people are warm, and welcoming and help me select what I want or need. I will be going back more often than I have been!
