Terrible service and sneaky pricing. They sent my husband to the Twinsburg location (heaven forbid they sell 5 bottles with the case discount to a loyal customer when THEY don't have a case in stock - my husband even offered to order one). Twinsburg location was sold out! Returned and they charged EXTRA $2 per bottle more. Never again. Willing to lose a good customer over $10. I'll be ordering online from Gerards. And the small business owner wonders why people go to the big box stores...

very friendly staff! Great selection and very nice sale prices on the liquor. Very clean well stocked store. Even stocks Keystone Light!
