Literally closed before 1:42 pm even though their hours says it closes at 2pm. The owner literally was walking out of there with boxes of donuts, i guess left over, and saw us heading in there in the freezing cold only for the door to be locked at 1:42 pm. So disappointed and was really looking forward to trying them out.

I'm referring to the one at this location: 5039 W. Tuscarawas, Canton, Ohio. We've been here several times to get the breakfast food. This last time though was pretty lack luster. The croissant sandwiches are very good. It's fairly large and the croissant is fresh. The cheesy hash browns used to be wonderful! Now they seem to be prepared differently and weren't good at all. We asked in the drive thru if they could make a decaf iced coffee. They said yes. We pull around and say we have to ice a decaf latte so it will cost more and asked for more money. Odd. The meals for 2 people with only one drink ended up being $16. Way overpriced. It's not worth it anymore. Dunkin can make an iced decaf no problem. Since the cheesy hash browns are no good anymore, I've got little reason to return.

Coffee is the best around! HOWEVER, they recently changed cups to a super cheap paper cup. I have spilled coffee multiple times because the lid just won't stay on. I've burned myself and messed up my clothes and vehicle several times because of this. Please get some decent cups, or better yet, switch back to the Styrofoam cups you used to have!

While being understaffed is a decent excuse constantly cussing and rolling your eyes at the fact that you have business is unacceptable. And telling people no we can't make that because we are too busy. That's why you're still open after COVID is because came with money to purchase your goods to keep your business alive. The purple/blue hair employee is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Decent local chain of donuts. Peanut butter cream stick was my favorite. Friendly service. Reasonably priced. Clean shop. Coffee was good, but not as good as a larger national donut chain's coffee.
