We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a large socrates pizza, a medium cheese pizza, and 5 chicken wings.The order total was $63.55 after we applied a $4 off coupon. The Socrates pizza was ~$27, which was very expensive for the value we were getting.The cheese on our pizza kept falling off, and the large pepperoni pizza turned out to be a large cheese pizza, which was a letdown. Overall, the quality of our food was much lower than what we were used to in comparison to other Augie locations.Since there was a mistake in the order, I called them back, and I was given a voucher from the owner to use for the wrong pizza, which was nice. They said they would write down my info, and when I called back, they would be able to see the amount and my name so I could apply for the voucher.When I called back 4 days later to use the voucher, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. Her behavior worsened my experience and made me consider writing a negative review. She told me to write whatever I wanted and immediately hung up on me.Overall, the other Augie's location in North Royalton stands out with its friendlier customer service and significantly higher quality food. Given this stark contrast, I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this place.

This review is for a catered lunch of pizza at my workplace. We ordered a few of each: cheese, pepperoni, and supreme. I trier one of each and have to day that the supreme pizza was the winner here. The toppings were diverse and plentiful although I enjoyed gorging myself on all the pizza. My problem is with the price (as I was the one who ordered it for my office) for what is essentially a Digornio's pizza. At nearly 20 bucks a pie, you would expect something special or unique or even flavorful. You don't find anything special in these. Just large pizzas meant to feed a large group of hungry people. The cheese was thick and I suppose the sauce was nice but the bread tasted like any frozen pizza you find at a Walmart.

Pizza is not that great, toppings are not the best quality, cheese is ok. Not a great crisp to the pizza and the cheese bread was terrible, it's just melted cheese on a sub bun???? I have never seen that before and you only get on piece per order

After a long day at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Zoo, we wanted to grab something and go back to our hotel and relax. We decided to go to a local pizza place and we were not disappointed. We got a deal, a large 1-topping pizza, wings, and a 2-liter. We got a pepperoni pizza and garlic parmesan boneless wings. The pizza looked and smelled amazing. We had to wait a bit to eat it due to some issues with our room keys, but even cooled off it was amazing food! They even offered us plates, napkins, and cups which were very helpful. Thank you all for the awesome service and food!

First be careful where you look up the prices for this place. Look strictly on their website if you look on Google the prices are completely different. When I got to the store to pick up The food for me in a few coworkers I ended up paying about $10 more than I had planned on. This has nothing to do with the business or my rating just a tip. I do have a few negatives for this business though honestly. First they offer delivery but their delivery hours are all over the place. I called to order a pizza at 2:30 and they said that was not during the delivery hours. I've never heard of a place that offers delivery but had strict hours for when they actually deliver. Apparently they deliver for lunch service and for dinner service. They don't specify this anywhere unless you call. They even have a light up sign on their front door that says "we deliver". I just feel like it's a little bit misleading. Second thing is to be honest the staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The last thing is this place is almost impossible to find in the plaza there sign is so tiny I passed it twice.I got there George W pizza which is like a barbecue chicken pizza. It was interesting but really good. The barbecue sauce with sweet and spicy which I really liked. The thing is it was pretty expensive $13 for a small pizza and I don't feel like there were that many toppings on it. I have had their plane pepperoni pizza before. My work has ordered it I'm not a huge fan I don't like their pizza sauce but that's just I personal preference. I do like their crust though. They have crust like they make at a home style pizzeria. Overall I'm not really sure if I would order from here again there are a lot of other lunch/dinner options in the area.

absolute horrible pizza. I literally don't understand how this place can be in business. disgusting congealed cheese that doesn't stretch or even peel...it's one large crappy piece of mozarella. Uncooked Pepperoni that is maybe salami or some other garbage meat. It took almost 1.5 hours to get food delivered that was ordered at 5:45 and was only traveling 0.8 miles away. NOT EVEN A FULL MILE FROM YOUR PLACE...Edit: Changing from one star to two because the boneless wings were pretty good re-heated the next morning.

Find another place. The person behind the counter was using their fingernails to lift the pizza to cut the slices, and handling money and touching the food after. Not a way to run a business.

This is my favorite go to for lunch. They sell pizza by the slice so my husband and I go every Monday. The staff is beyond friendly and customer service is top notch. I mentioned to them I had their white pizza one day and they remembered that 2 weeks later and now make it every Monday. You don't get service like that many other places. The pizza being delicious is just an added bonus. If I could give more stars I would.

This pizza was edible ish was expecting more for the insane price we paid for such regular quality pizza. This is the same pizza that was served in highschool on the bad pizza days. Its almost the same as a frozen pizza at Walmart but a tier below that . It was edible for the most part but the cheese was thick and not in a good way and the sauce was barely there, not even enough to keep the cheese together as one bit would rip ur whole cheese rubber off completely it wasnt very melted either had the same texture as leather or rubber. Not sire about the service or ambiance as we ordered to go.

I used to live right by this place and tried it 2 or 3 times. I'm actually surprised with the positive reviews. It's pretty mediocre. The only thing cool about them is that you have the option to order by the slice. That is something that sets them apart from most pizza places around NE Ohio. The pizza could be much better though. It's bland and tastes cheap.
