Arturo's Bar & Grille

Perfection is not a word I use often or lightly, but I will use it for this place. Fate brought us here. We were going to tryna new Italian place but they were closed so we trekked around and ended up here. We were warmly greeted by a few people as we walked into a warm and inviting dining room with a large, well-stocked bar. The menu, though small was mighty. Our server was sweet and knowledgeable but most importantly honest about what to expect from various menu items and sides. She was attentive to our needs and so pleasant and friendly you just wanted to hug her. The food was absolutely incredible! (The menu was thoughtful enough to let us know that the in house fried chicken takes a bit of time was a nice touch.). We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his son who were beyond welcoming and thankful that we were there. It was just a fantastic establishment with chill vibes. Definitely worth stopping in and we're going back without a doubt!

Strip mall bar and all! My husband and I were headed to the drive in and didn't have a lot of time to stop for dinner, Yelp to the rescue so Arturo's Bar it was. The servers and bar staff were super friendly, the beer list pretty extensive yet my husband went with the High Life! We ordered the shrimp basket, fresh cut fries and a small pepperoni pizza. Our food was hot, fresh and pretty tasty, I mean fresh made dough makes all the difference.

My family and I came to visit family in Ohio. The state of very friendly people. We came quite hungry and decided to order pizza and chicken for pick up. We placed our order at this establishment and were told the order would take about an hour in a half which was 7pm. At 7:10pm we went to pick up the order only to find out the order was not ready because the person who took the order forgot to put the ticket in its proper place. As we inquired why the order was not ready, someone from the kitchen area responded, "shit happens". Not only was he rude but also the lady at the front desk was also sarcastic and rude. Her response was, "if you want to cancel the order, you can. I really don't care." We ask to speak to the owner to let him know about his rude employees and he was just as rude. This business will benefit some training from chick-fil-A. If you enjoy spending your hard earned money at a place that really doesn't care and treats its customers with disrespect and rudeness, this is the place for you.

Stuck in a hotel late night (11:10pm) with little to no options. Normally I would order from the chain but this place was open and willing to deliver. I ordered a large calzon. 16" pepperoni pizza, 2 bottles of water and a 2lt of soda.Was told despite water was on the menu they no longer sold it.My total including a $3 service fee for delivery was 27$What I got was a 10in pizza filled with assortment of cheese and something that made the cheese dark folded in half. A 12in pepperoni pie the crust was really good the pepperoni cooked nice and crispy the sauce was lacking and cheese was standerd. Delivered in a white unmarked pizza boxes and my soda cold. Nothing about this was BAD but there was left overs and that is rare for the wife and I. Customer service over the phone was 100% five stars and late night delivery really help bump the score from a 2 star rating to a 4 star. This is pizza best served fresh to drunks and I would consider ordering again if it was the only available option.

Swung by on a Friday and the bar was buzzing! The bartenders were on top of it and it is what a local place should be... inviting and comfortable.Andrea was our main bartender and she rocked! I will be back for sure ... soon!

The employees here at NASA Glenn LOVE Arturo's pizza! All of the staff are lovely and the service is fantastic. 5/5, will continue to only order pizza from Arturo's!

My family is a pizza family. The pizza place we used in Parma closed. My brothers voted Arturo's. So I am responsible for picking up the Pizza on my way to Parma.

Food was amazing. Deluxe pizza, salad with their incredible blue cheese dressing. Their soups are also fabulous.

Poor service sat for 10 min with 4 people & no one even spoke to us so we left to go for pizza up the road.

I ordered delivery of broasted chicken, mushrooms and onion rings.It all arrived promptly. The chicken and jo joj s were in a tin foil cooking container. It all looked great! As it turned out the deep fried items were very greasy, possibly old oil was used. The chicken was also greasy but chicken can be.The chicken showed red/pink near the bone in almost every piece. Didn't notice it until I happened to eat a piece in a well lit area. In dim tv lighting you ll never see it.I found this disturbing. Fortunately no one got sick from the grease. or improperly cooked chicken.The jo jo s were not good either. Just a lot of potato to make the order appear larger. being in the same container as the chicken probably didn't help them. lots of steam!I would not order the broasted chicken again! If u do, check it to be sure it is properly cooked in a well lit area.I should have called and complained but never did! They really need to know that under cooked chicken is going out the door! Was $50 poorly spent
