Arrabiatas Italian restaurant.Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Remember they're busy because they're good. This restaurant still has that old time feel it's a definite classic type vibe. It's in the sense of good food and high quality. It has that atmosphere of any old school restaurant in any major city. Instead it's tucked in A shopping mall in Bay villageThree of us went to a later lunch and we all had The Sinatra veal....it is amazing, a unique dish with wonderful flavors. It served on a bed of their homemade mariana sauce, layered with prosciutto pesto and Romano cheeses, topped with melted mozzarella, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and artichoke hearts, and marsala wine sauce. There are other great dishes- chicken marsala. Parmigiano, shrimp stuffed shells, and others. We had a great experience and my order will always be Sinatra veal.

Pretty average Italian spot. Kinda confusing that " Early Bird" chicken Parm is $16 and it's the same portion as the $9 kids chicken Parm.

We came here for my mom's birthday hoping for a lovely celebration spot. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. The chicken Marsala was tasty and prepared correctly but the pasta and sauce didn't have much flavor. We tried the blush sauce and it just didn't taste like anything. On the other hand the bread was great and fresh. Cocktail happy hour specials were decent, although nothing super spectacular. The Alfredo was decent. Overall, it was an ok experience. The vibe was traditional Italian spot that's family run. The server was friendly and helpful.

We had dinner at the Mayfield Hts location last evening and it was so enjoyable. Our waitress, Jenna A was so friendly and did an exceptional job. Our Chicken Marsala and Fettuccine Alfredo were both excellent. The atmosphere is great with the newly decorated interior.Great place to eat and it's locally owned as well!!

Amazing handcrafted Italian cuisine. Every bite is searing with unbelievable flavor! We couldn't believe how delicious this was. Best Alfredo we've had in a while and we happened upon this spot! If you haven't been here , you must go! Definitely recommend. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice, quiet and open. They also have an area outside where you can eat as well.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were seated quickly. The service was awful. The restaurant was not busy, with maybe 3-4 customers. We received our salads, the ranch was good. It was til we saw a dead fly buried under the lettuce we all had to stop eating the salads. Our food came out, all four of us agreed the food was so bland. The marinara was thin, and bland that was poured over noodles. I have had chicken Marsala at lots of other places, it was so bland, I had to pour Parmesan cheese to eat it. There was no garlic on anything. I sat for over 20 minutes waiting on a refill. I requested to speak to the manager and the staff finally told her after we were about to leave. She was super nice and apologized and did take off some of the meal, which we didn't expect. I wanted her to be aware of what took place. Highly disappointed.

This has been a go-to restaurant for my wife and I for years. Good food, good prices, nice staff. We usually come for the early bird specials. Last night, we were there and the meat in both of the entrees (one chicken, one sausage) were both literally half the size as before (comparing to the usual size of the early bird specials, not the larger dinner entree size). Even the salad was smaller! Not sure what is going on; hopefully, they are not having financial problems. Perhaps this was just one bad night; if it continues, we will likely not be dining here frequently in the future. And by the way, it took one hour for us to get our food.

I have been here before but for dinner. Was there for lunch This time with someone who had never been here. The food was delicious, the service was great. Our only complaint was the noise level. My companion wears hearing aids and said there was so much background noise she couldn't hear me. She was able to adjust her hearing aids somewhat. I, on the other hand, had to put up with super loud people all around us. Not sure there's anything that can be done to correct this situation. Otherwise a great place.

We had a group event there in early December. While we only had one waitress for probably 50 guests, the waitress (Jordan S) had a great attitude. The restaurant should have put another waitress in for our large group so the drinks and food were served very slow.
