Ariel International Center

I attended the W.A.G.S. 4 KIDS benefit here and had a lovely time. As others have stated, the Ariel International Center has nice views of the city skyline. I had an easy experience with the valet and there's ample free parking. The building is accessible, which is so appreciated amongst the sea of inaccessible venues in Cleveland. The venue has two floors and is surprisingly large.The event itself ran flawlessly with professional staff, a nice layout and a good feeling of comfort in a big space that still felt intimate. Glad I could check this venue out and I'll keep it in mind for future events!

Stunning views of the city. Great service. We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely perfect. I have gone to a couple of events here and each time has been great. I can't stress how wonderful the experience was working with the people at the Ariel.

Cool venue with a nice rooftop! Plus their main room is very large and rustic. Definitely a good place to host events such as a wedding party!

Great large venue for weddings or conferences. Exposed brick, kitchenette area, staging areas, lofted ceilings etc. New, so they're still working out some kinks as a venue, but it'll be a top space soon!

Went to a wedding reception here last weekend and was super impressed. The party favors/tone of the party was quirky, mainly due to the personalities of the bride and groom -- I'm not sure how much this place had to do with that. But everything else about the space was top-notch. The entire building looks to be a gigantic old factory/warehouse that was converted recently to office and event space. The views of downtown are great and really set the mood for a stunning evening. I have absolutely no plans to get married in the near future, but if I do I will have the reception here. Hmm, maybe I can convert to Judaism and have my late Bar Mitzvah here. Come to think of it, that's a pretty good idea ...

I've been to a few events in the skyline room. It's s great space, especially at night when you can see the Cleveland sky line. The only shortcoming is the sound system. When you've got lots of people at the event, it's difficult to understand the speaker.

We looked at numerous facilities to host our daughter's wedding and picked Ariel International based on the industrial feel of the center, the view of downtown and the lake, and the availability during the challenging times due to numerous people rescheduling due to COVID cancellations. We also were very impressed by our Event Planner, Jessica who was very down to earth and straight forward in our tours and discussions on pricing and options.As always, when you book a large event (170+), you are always concerned on what can go wrong, hidden costs, etc. Well, we hosted the wedding last Saturday (May 1st) and we truly cannot describe how impressed both us and all of our guests were with the event!We did have a little help from the weather, and were able to conduct the ceremony and cocktail hour on the rooftop. Setup was perfect, and we kept the decorations to a minimum so everyone could soak in the event and the incredible views!From the setup, to the catering options (we picked Sausalito and Babu, Charlotte and team did not disappoint!), to working with vendors, to taking care of our guests - Jessica and the Ariel International team kept things flowing and exceeded our expectations.Jessica was present throughout the weekend, and kept in touch with us throughout the reception to make sure all was good and keep us posted on how the bar was doing, keeping us on time, etc. She is a true professional and also a pleasure to deal with throughout all phases of our planning and the event!To really put an exclamation point on the evening, from the north side windows, we had a perfect sunset over the lake, from the south side windows, we had beautiful rainbow, and next to the downtown skyline, during the bridal dances, we had fireworks over the stadium to finalize the NFL draft that was in town. WOW!!! Talk about a memorable event!We definitely had a great event which drew raves from all the attendees! Thank you to the entire team for making our daughter's wedding a once in a lifetime event!

Our wedding reception was held at Ariel International this July. The venue has breathtaking views of downtown Cleveland and the lakefront from both the 4th floor event space and the rooftop. We got the opportunity to work with both Jessica and Tracey. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect and were super communicative and accommodating. The venue space worked well with our large guest count and also to have a live band. So many of our guests complemented the event staff and the venue, especially the rooftop.

I don't think there is enough room in this comment box to express how deeply appreciative my wife and I are for the team at Ariel. We booked our wedding festivities (ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception) in fall of 2018 for our spring 2020 wedding. They held on as long as they could during Covid, to avoid having to screw up our plans. They even allowed us to have a photo shoot on site with our 2nd photographer. When the state shut down in 2020, they allowed us to push back our celebration date to 2021 (for what would be our 1 year anniversary, because we ended up still getting married on our back porch). Come January 2021, my wife and I were very apprehensive about continuing with our plans, given the remaining health and safety concerns relating to Covid. Our event coordinator, Tracey, did everything in her power to make it the most "normal" event as possible. Luckily, the CDC restrictions lifted and we were allowed to have dancing and the open bar. It was a long 3 years worth of planning and waiting. When the day finally came, it was down-pouring...... ALL DAY. Tracey jumped right into action and helped coordinate our last minute changes. We couldn't have done any of this without Tracey. She truly is such an amazing soul with the best personality and she has a passion for making miracles happen to bring "the vision" to life. We will always be thankful for Tracey and the management team at Ariel. We are so blessed to have finally been able to celebrate in our dream venue with the people we love most.

Such a beautiful place to have a wedding but unfortunately the staff likes to go through your belongings and steal Purses, money, medicine, expensive sunglasses and who knows what else. Don't leave anything on the 3rd floor unattended or any floor actually. Hopefully they can find out who on their staff is doing this before it ruins their reputation. Had to give it 1 star to post a review but 5 stars for the venue but no stars on staff! Such a shame!
