Antonio's Pizza

Antonio's used to be our favorite spot but their hubris, dishonesty, disrespect to customers has me leaving this review.Not only did it take 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a honest answer that my food hadn't left the store they almost enjoyed that I was frustrated and disappointed in their service.After hour and 45 min they said driver was in neighborhood and be there shortly.When I asked to speak to a manager the boy on the phone called me a dickhead and hung up. Lol please save your time and money along with your frustration and don't order from them. Their corporate policies and attitudes have bled into their customer service and there is now is zero accountability and customer service.....Hope it goes out of business Btw I've been a customer there since they opened about 10 years ago.

This was the worse Pizza I / we have ever ordered! This will never happen again. A soggy ass Pizza was toppings that you couldn't even swallow cuz they were so large. I almost threw up. And the price that they charge? It's ridiculous

(Strongsville location)DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY GIFT CARDS THERE; they do not know how to load them, and you are required to pay an additional fee over and above the gift card's total, for the privilege of buying their gift cards. You are better off buying gift cards at Giant Eagle...more variety and fuel perks...and there are no issues loading the cards, or hidden fees. WATCH AND SEE IF YOU GET CHARGED TAX ON TAKE-OUT FOOD ITEMS; Also, at this time I purchased 4 bottles of their signature salad dressing. I did not notice this until I got home and my wife looked at the receipt-They charged me tax-on food items (dressing) I took out...this is wrong. 2. (Brunswick location )DO NOT ASK FOR ANY CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY ORDER...THEY CANNOT MANAGE THIS...For example(this has happened multiple times) We ordered a meal for delivery,...it was very simple, 2 dozen nuggets, 2 SALADS, but we asked for RED SAUCE, NOT THE WHITE SAUCE. I repeated this to the guy on the phone(Sean) 3 times, he repeated it back to me...1 red and 1 white sauce came with the order; also I asked if the order could please be delivered just before our guests arrived, so it would be fresh and hot. Again, Sean repeated my request back to me, and the order came 40 minutes early...our meal was dry and without the appropriate dipping sauce. I would not be taking the time to write this if this was an isolated incident. Brunswick Antonio's makes these mistakes on every order. Also disappointing, there was no offer to make it right.3. (Regarding both locations listed above)DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE IN AN EFFORT TO HELP THEM IMPROVE...they do NOT respond. I wrote Corporate 12/18 regarding the gift card/take out tax issue. They have not responded as of this writing. I wrote Corporate on 12/28 regarding the sauce, delivery time issue...no response as of this writing. In short, if you want the good food, forget about the convenience of delivery...go get it yourself(save yourself the delivery fee and driver tip)and check the order before you pay for it. If it's wrong refuse it.

I have been a long term customer of Antonio's. Last night we ordered the Sicilian 216 as we have numerous times. when we opened the box, we discovered that they cut the size of the pizza down to 4 slices from 6 for the same price, essentially raising the price by $5. Corporate greed! No warning that our pizza was not going to feed the same amount of people that it had in the past. When I called to discuss with the manager, at first he tried to convince me that they only changed the way they cut the pizza, but even the box shape was smaller. He eventually admitted that 'corporate' changed the size of that pizza and the sheet pizza. Will definitely be looking for a new pizza shop.

I went to pick up my online order. I stood and waited for 10 minutes while the employees never acknowledged I was there. I had to yell out 'hellooo' before anyone gave me my pizza. They saw me standing there, but never once said anything to me. Terrible service.

Food is always good, service is always nice, a regular for our family. Love the butter crust pizza

Disappointed ! Been a customer for years ! Used this company for a party over a month ago . Recieved half size antipasta salad was completed wilted. A handful of my guests seen it . I was embarrassed . And there went one of the salads for the party . I called talked to Spirit at Middleburg Hts location . Talked to him at least 10 times . He said he would handle it . Never did . Said he would call back never did . I never knew it would be so hard to get a refund when the salad went in the trash . Have a party next week . From this I wont give this company anymore of my business .

Keep trying to get what we ordered from Brunswick. They just can't get it right. I know Friday and Saturday are busy, but wrong and cold pizza don't cut it.

My daughter and her friends went Brunswick, OH on center rd. On September 9th 2023. It is right now her 17th birthday. They were having a Halloween birthday party for her and want to go get pizza. So as they were there the waitresses/lady employees started laughing at them AND taking pictures of my daughter and her friends. My daughters friends took pictures of them laughing at them. It was an awful experience for them. They were humiliated by the employees and the General Manager Terry. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AND DEFINITELY DONT GO THERE TO EAT!!!!!!

Antonios pizza in Brunswick gives only crumbs of sausage on their pizza when ordered, you can hardly even taste it they give you so little, when they first opened they would give nice big chunks of sausage, that's not the case anymore, they still charge the same but give you only crumbs. very disappointing, their quality has dropped significantly since they opened.
