AMC Ridge Park Square 8

What im doing isn't "trespassing" its called "waiting for the Garfield movie to premiere" and that is why I had chained myself to the toilet in the men's room with 3 days worth of lasagna. I even told your staff they could have some. This is why everyone stays home and streams movies and your industry is dying. You don't care about true cinephiles such as myself. Of course my court date is on a Monday.

So I live very close to this theater and it used to be my go to theater. But the bad etiquette of theater goers has forced me to go to Cinemark In valley view instead. Every single time in the past couple of years I went to a movie at ridge park square there was at least one person scrolling through their giant phone with no regard for how it is a distraction to others trying to watch a movie. And the person is always holding the phone up high with the screen on in a dark theater. It's just unbelievable how ignorant and entitled some people have become. I'm almost to the point of just waiting for movies to come out on streaming instead of going to the movies. The only reason Cinemark is better is due to the unique design of the theaters. They have a half wall separating each row that blocks the view of the row in front of where you are sitting. That way you actually can't see people in front of you or their giant phone screens. Until theaters figure out how to deal with the bad etiquette of some of the moviegoers they are going to continue to loose business.

We went and watched Wakanda Forever. The greater was friendly and the snack bar moved very quickly. The chairs in the theater were very worn.. many with torn material.

Fresh hot popcorn was very good. Theatre is run down though. Tough times with the whole Covid thing

Best popcorn and theater of all time! I've seen so many movies here. I love AMC to the moon.

I visited this movie theater and bought my tickets online, having never been to this theater before I didn't know what to expect. Immediately I was disappointed by the concessions area. Selection was fine, however the high school kids running stand were just completely lacking customer service and grunted while I ordered. On top of that, it's absolutely filthy. Popcorn everywhere, general stickiness from who knows what, and the sauce area where they keep the napkins was just a mess. I will say though, this was the first movie theater I have ever been to that had Banana flavored Icee, so I will give them a star for that! Don't even get me started on the status of the restrooms. Clearly if they can't bother to clean up where food is served, that can give you an idea of how bad the bathrooms are. The reason why this review is three and not less is because the theater itself wasn't too bad. Reclining seats, which you need to reserve, and the picture wasn't too bad (don't expect anything insane like IMAX of course). Not sure if I'll back at this location, but it's the closest to myself so I suppose out of desperation I might be if I really want to see a movie ASAP.

Awesome staff is wonderful service.Customer service is very good with smiling faces when they greet you and your family time

The workers were absolutely terrible. Not only were the workers rude and off putting, but the place was very dirty. The seats were COVERED in popcorn and i even felt something wet. Terrible experience overall.

Extremely dirty theater. Ripped seats. This is why people don't want to go to the movies anymore.

This is the last time I'll go to this location. Rude patrons bringing toddlers to movie, on their cell phones during the movie, talking during movie. People in our theater didn't wear masks during the movie. No one checking in movies to make sure covid compliant patrons. We've complained to the theater company n no contact back when it was promised. These behaviors are worse than other AMCs in the area.No electric signs outside each theater and nostaff around to confirm theater number. Sad.
