Alley Mac is one of the best things that could come to Acorn Alley in Downtown Kent! This is a new regular spot for me and it should be yours too. Their Mac & Cheese isn't regular Mac & Cheese, and can only be described as heavenly. The large cavatappi noodles really do a great job at delivering the flavors fresh cheese and toppings with each bite. My personal favorites are their Buffalo Mac and Snoop Pig and my wife loves their Texas Shortie. Typically, I order takeout from Alley Mac and it is always perfect by the time I get home or my to my office which is about 20 minutes away. Sometimes when you order takeout flavors or textures can change from sitting in a container but not with Alley Mac. I will add, that the leftovers heat up perfectly in the microwave for lunch the next day, not something that everyplace can do well. I have visited a few times since they have opened and the service is always 100% accurate, fast, and easy. Inside they have a few tables if you would like to dine-in or takeout.

This place is great, highly recommend the pirogies and mac are so good! The specials are also worth trying. Very cool inside and everyone is friendly. I like that it's owned by a local family and an experienced chef.

Absolutley wonderful food and very friendly staff. Ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious, and food was cooked brilliantly. Very clean atmosphere, and staff were very adamant about cleanliness of tables and chairs. Will be back again and again and again!
