I brought my granddaughter here to paint. She had a fun time painting and the lady working that day was very nice and very helpful - however, I specifically asked if they items would be ready Saturday morning and I was told, by the owner, that they would be and if they weren't going to be she would make sure to call me. Well, Saturday morning we went to pick them up and they were nowhere to be found. Finally, after 20+min, they determined that they must be in the kiln. So my granddaughter, who was all excited to pick them up, was very disappointed. I specifically asked them to be done at that time bc I knew I would have her and could bring her with me. On top of all that, we live 30-40 minutes away and made that drive for nothing. I was told they would call when the items were ready - which would be at least 2 hrs. Well, it is now 6hrs later and I'm still waiting for the call. It mad me sad that my granddaughter was excited and then disappointed, just because someone didn't do what they said they would do. That's unacceptable

Pros: 1- awesome to see teenagers in here on a Friday night creating works of art!2- staff nice3- reservations for groups/parties Cons:1- options to me are a little old fashioned2- prices are a bit high; I would come much more often if lower3- often have to ask and wait for extra paint or glaze that runs out or empty suppliesOverall it really is a fun experience especially great for creating gifts for people, making something artistic, and good for families with kids

Went to a birthday party there. Rude staff, unattentive. Treated adults like we were a bother, argued and raised voices at parents for not standing in correct location. No interaction with kids, rude to other parents. Will not recommend to other parents and will never go again.

We were there with a group of kids and parents and the 2 "helpers" didn't say a word to any of the kids. Reading the story was more of a chore and she mumbled through the whole thing. After the story there were no instructions and all of the customers were met with silent stares. What happened to service at this place? We've gone to other local paint pottery stores and the service was incredible, they engaged children and adults and helped, this was not one of those places.

I'm really surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. I've made several things here, I even had my birthday party here when I turned 14 ( I won't tell you how long ago that was). This place has stood the test of time and is a staple of the Medina Square. The staff have plenty of ideas and are willing to help - or will stay out of your way if you just want to do you thing and create a masterpiece.

The staff just ignored us when we were there. When we had a question they just seemed rather annoyed we us. It's a shame because painting your own pottery is quite fun, but this place is so unfriendly.

Me, my mother in law and sister in law and her kids (ages 3 and 5) all walked in to this place and we all had a fantastic experience. The woman who was working was inviting and very informative and explained all of our options. The prices of the pieces were extremely reasonable, and all the pieces we painted turned out fantastic! Our experience was incredible and We will all be going back very soon!!!! We went to a different place the month before and it was not even close to being as awesome as this place.
