All City Candy

When I used to live up the street from this place it was nothing to make a stop by there often. Always pleasant atmosphere and they carry a lot of my childhood favorite candies. In the aftermath of Covid- so many companies have tossed the spirit of great customer service to the wayside. Not All City Candy! Ordered online and had the order shipped. They called to discuss my order with me and through the phone I got that same great customer service I'm used to with them. The order was shipped super quickly and arrived within a day or two. Highly recommend this company!

I got a hankering one night for my favorite candy bar: Jokerz from Go Max Go. I'm vegan, so it's not as easy and popping over to my local grocery store. A quick Google search pulled up All City Candy, a local candy store that not only carries my favorite candy bar, but the entire of vegan candy bars from Go Max Go. I couldn't believe it. I hollered "TAKE MY MONEY" and placed an order. The next morning I received an email that my order was ready for curbside pickup. It couldn't have been an easier, or more delicious process. Thanks All City Candy!

The kids and myself love this store! The prices are very affordable.. even the staff is super friendly and chatty (in a good way). There is a large selection of old and new favorites.It's just the right size, you won't get lost or overwhelmed like in other stores.

We ordered a table full of candy for my daughters wedding! WOW! They helped us order the correct amount . They day of the wedding they set up the candy bar! All candy matched the theme and colors of the wedding ! What a success! The guests are still talking about this a year later!

This is one of the cutest candy shops left in Cleveland. I've been multiple times and it has always been a fun experience. The staff is always friendly and greets you immediately. They also usually offer a fun treat to try during your time in the store. All of the candy is perfectly organized and so fun to look around at. They have candy for everyone. If looking for a candy store in Cleveland this is the one to go to. They have everything, prices are decent, and it brings back all the good memories from your childhood! Treat yourself.

I had a birthday party there for my 12 year old daughter, and it was a wonderful experience! Brady, who coordinated it all, played different games with the girls that were age appropriate like bingo, minute to win it games, and candy land! The pizza and candy chocolate covered cake was also all prepared by All City Candy and arrived on time so you didn't have to worry about anything. All around perfect experience!

Once I found out about this place I had to go there, asap. So the very next day with the kids in tow, we stopped in for a total candy overload. This place is clean, well organized, friendly staff, and just the right size for variety but not too big to be overwhelming. We got a great variety of pre-boxed and make your own bulk candy. Plus we got a sample while checking out every inch of the store. Love my jelly belly mix but could do without the taffy (crunchy).

Ordered some Reese's online from these guys off their amazon page about two months ago. No response to the emails on amazon, never shipped my order. It was a big hassle getting my whole $11 back. I understand we're in a pandemic, but please atleast respond to your paying customers.

If you are looking for a special gift All City Candy is the place to visit. Their baskets of chocolate covered pretzels, Oreos and other sweet treats can't be beat. The service by Elizabeth and her staff is top notch. You won't regret going to All City Candy.

I ordered some things online and the shipping was fast, I got a tracking number, and notifications when it was out for delivery and delivered. The specialty things I got were chocolate dipped, Reece's piece covered pretzel rods and chocolate covered Nutter Butters. They were well packaged and, while I haven't tried the pretzels yet, the Nutter Butters were phenomenal. My only complaint is that the NB's weren't individually wrapped. It just makes them harder to share...as if that's not hard enough. Excellent communication. Excellent service. Excellent product.
