Alfredo's at the Inn Italian Restaurant

The service was great, the food was good, the atmosphere was fun and lively. Overall, no complaints! The gnocchi was really good, perfectly fine, with a very generous portion of Italian sausage. The chicken Parm was just ok. But the cannoli was amazing! Definitely a must have!

Came here for dinner Friday night. You def need a reservation because it gets packed!!! We got the fish fry for Friday ($19). The mussels with white sauce. And my partner got the gnocchi with no sausage. It was so delicious!! And each plate was huge and very filling. Will definitely come back. Great place for a family dinner!!

So much to like about Alfredo's.This place has been a staple of the Mayfield Village dining scene....well, forever.Wife and I visited on a Monday night to get the Veal Parmigiana special. Soup, salad, veal and fried dough for dessert for 20 bucks. How can you beat that. An exceptional value. While the place was active we were seated immediately.Their veal is, imho, the best in NEOhio. Perfectly prepared, decent size portion. It is just soooo good. Had a nice Manhattan before dinner and a decent enough glass of Chianti with dinner. Both were solid.If the stars were based on food alone it would be 5 stars. The vibe and physical space brought it down just a tad. My wife and I are in our late sixties and we felt like youngsters in the place. The old geezers sitting around us complained about everything. The old crabby vibe is not fun. The place was recently remodeled but now seems a little sterile.All in all a great place that satisfies on most counts.

We had a large family party (16) and the service was fantastic! Megan really took great care of us! All the food was delicious and came out hot! We will be back with friends or family again. Also, we've been for happy hour and it's a good one! Live music on some nights too.

If IHOP served Italian food, this would be it. Waitress seemed shocked we wanted a seat somewhere other than the bar. Only visit if you are staying at the hotel and need a drink, the draft beer was decent. Food terrible, undercooked, lacking any seasoning or flavor. Table was dirty had crumbs all over it. Good rule of thumb, if the hotel is dirty and gross, don't expect the restaurant attached to it to have better standards.

Where do I begin? Dinner was 4/6/24. Our waitress was Alison. She didn't know the menu so well. Took 10 minutes to get a glass of water and we never got a basket of bread. Steak came out underdone but I would've been ok with it. She insisted on sending it back because it looked undercooked but I really didn't want to. She insisted. When the steak came back it was overcooked. I took 4 bites and I was done. Kept trying to flag a manager down but never happened. He kept looking over and so did the hostess but nobody came over. My wife's chicken was tough. The waitress could've boxed our food but instead handed us boxes then disappeared into the night not to be seen again for 10 minutes. She kept coming by and then disappearing. Dinner service was 90 minutes. Service was not even as good as the Olive Garden.I would honestly skip this place and head to Little Italy if your going to spend this kind of money.

Food was just OK but prices have jumped and quality and quantity has dropped from my previous visits. My wife had veal Parmigiano, her serving size was the smallest portion I have ever seen , about the size of a hamburger, and seemed if it was from a frozen prepared serving, not made in their restaurant, we've eaten their many times before, and never experienced this small portion for $27.00. I had Alfredo broccoli, tasted ok but for $22.00 very small portion, I know prices of food have increased but quantity was again smaller than past visits. I will not return again because I know I can get similar Italian food for the same or less but substantialy larger portions. I left the restaurant not full, and my wife almost never finishes her dinner did finish , I will go elsewhere where I feel I will get my money's worth. I give give Alfred's a 2 out of 5 tating.

We celebrated my parent's 60th wedding anniversary in the Holiday Inn party room with catering by Alfredo's at the Inn. The entire experience was superb from start to finish. The Catering Director, Brooke was very knowledgable and helpful with the arrangements and food selections. Gina and Lena did a wonderful job setting up the room and tables and took wonderful care of our guests throughout the evening. We chose family style service with pork funghetto and chicken tosca and both were absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend Alfredo's to my friends!

Service was good however the Veal Parm was terrible. Order the veal parm special and there was nothing special about it. There was no veal in the dish. It was a bland undercooked slice of breading No flavor at all.Very disappointed in my meal. The only reason I did not complain at the time we were with friends and did not want them to feel embarrased as they are regulars.

This food is below average. Friendly staff but the food was disappointing and I tried them two times just to make sure I didn't just go on the wrong day
