91 Wood Fired Oven

We took our 96 year old mom for her birthday. It was a Tuesday night in November and we were expecting a quiet dinner. When we pulled into the lot, the place was hopping ! We learned that it was Wine Tuesday,Where the restaurant offers bottlesOf wine at retail prices and even will seal it up for you to take any leftover home. Our dinners were great, steaks and a pasta and shrimp dish for the birthday girl. I definitely would comeBack- and the wine night is a great idea too!

This was my first time to 91, and I was really looking forward to it because I had heard great things.The ambience was warm and inviting. There is a main seating area with plenty of tables and booths & then there is a large room for a larger party.Our waitress was fine, and the food was good. The salad was okay. The bread was honestly the best part. There are a lot of good pizza places in Ohio, and I am a huge fan of wood fired pizza, but theirs didn't hit the spot. It was a bit too flat, and didn't have the nice chewy yet crunchy texture that I look for. I, personally, wouldn't go out of my way to stop here again when I'm back in town, but I had a good experience.

This place was very inviting and nicely decorated. There was a good crowd but it's Saturday night so that's what you should expect. However there were plenty of tables and we were seated quickly even though didn't have reservations. The service was good. Didn't have to wait long but I did wish the menu a bit more extensive. Nothing on the app menu spoke to me and I like starting out with an app and a drink while I look over the menu. Helps me to relax so I can enjoy a good meal. And that's exactly what I ordered. A good meal with pleasant service. I would recommend 91 and would indeed go back.

The restaurant is in a nondescript strip center. The plain exterior is not indicative of the nice interior. White tablecloths and servers in black & white. Lots of space between the tables. The kitchen is open. The restaurant is very loud. For not much money they could install some sound proofing fabric and it would take the ambiance to the next level. The food was good. Delicious homemade bread with butter and fresh olive oil w sweet balsamic vinegar. I had the G Margherita pizza crust was nicely baked - not too dark which is how I prefer. A little chewy w nice salty flavor. The sauce is very thinly applied such that it soaks into the crust. Nice amount of cheese. Could use a bit more fresh basil - only had 1-2 pieces per slice. My dining partner had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo which isn't as creamy as you might expect but it was delicious. Our server wasn't very attentive and we waited for a long time for a requested beverage refill. Other times she talked to us over her back as she scurried to get other duties. But the manager also visited our table to ask if we were enjoying our meals. Always a nice touch.

We have been to 91 many times over the years. We recently started going to the restaurant in Jackson recently. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, slightly dark. Our server, Carmen was excellent. Knowledgeable, cheerful and attentive. The food was excellent. I had a Caesar's salad with anchovies and just the right amount of dressing. My shrimp/linguini main course was tasty and a large portion. My wife had a cherry/goat cheese salad with chicken that was well done and tasty. All in all very satisfied with the food and prices. The manager stopped to see if this were going well. Could only say nice things

Great food and ambiance whether you're having a solo dinner or a group dinner it's a great venue. Staff and service are always great. They have some new menu items they added in the last few months which do not disappoint!

Date night with the wife. Great lower carb options for everything. Being a type one diabetic, I love these options so I don't have to ruin the night worrying about high carb impacts. Choose most of the keto / low carb options. Started with a salad from the daily specials with the seared tuna appetizer, then had the meat loaded cauliflower crust wood fired pizza. We showed up on a fairly busy Friday night and had a table within 5 minutes. Waitress was attentive and even offered some info on the wine since the one we chose was out.

My wife and I have been customers of 91 since its inception. The staff has always been terrific. That's always been one of the reasons we continue to support this restaurant. The last time we were there we were very disappointed in the new menu. Many of or favorites (stuffed peppers, meatballs etc. are no longer on the menu. I understand it's great to change it up but many you need to ask your customers what they would like to stay on the menu. We will continue to support 91 but are disappointed that we can'torder the wonderful dishes they used to have. Just so you know, I ordered the chicken marsala and there was absolutely no sauce of marsala on the chicken. Just dry chicken

PROS: This place was amazing! They were semi fancy and even had a sports bar attached to them. They served fresh food along with brick oven pizza. Their staff was very nice including our waitress Ellen. The food tasted great and came out timely. Unlike many places this place was not understaffed. CONS: The only problem I had was that the kitchen and the pizza guys kept yelling at each other which turned some heads including mine OVERALL: I highly recommend this place and will be coming back here if I'm ever in the area again

I never been there. They're always busy but for what I heard their food is very good so I'm willing to try again. I don't like to do that because I'm not sure only for what I heard.
