8th Day Brewing

Great local brewery with a nice casual vibe and variety of beers. They have a beautiful patio with chairs, benches and tables along with live music when I visited. They had a pop-up restaurant on the patio and you can order pizza from Sirna's across the street and bring it over. Tried two of the IPAs and enjoyed both. Staff was super friendly and helpful, would highly recommend giving this place a try.

Such a great addition to Auburn Township. The seltzer is the best I've ever had. The service is great and for all the beer drinkers in my world - they love the flights & options. Smart use of indoor and outdoor space. Live music, Sirnas across the street, food trucks. Such a smart business model and great community gathering spot.

Introduced to 8th day during our lunch at pub Frato in chagrin falls. After visiting the chagrin falls historical museum, we looked up the 8th dish brewery to check it out. Really glad we did. It's a small little place with great tasting beers!! It wasn't very crowded at 4 but a few people playing some games at the bar. Others who bright in what looked like a little picnic and a nice couple with a 9 month old that had food brought in (maybe from across the street). They had a nice looking patio and we are dog friendly. Will definitely be back for s future Friday afternoon date time !!! We had the porters. Just ask Tony - Smokey Porter. And their vanilla porter. We liked them both !!!

So great to have a brewery in Auburn! Great options to taste a variety of beer, and snacks available. Love the way they revitalized the old building to make and cool venue for tasting some local brews. Loved the smoked Porter and the coffee stout.

The service was really good and the place looks awesome. Beers are pretty good too not the best I've ever had. But I drink a lot beer all over the place. The venue alone and the brewer who was awesome makes up for any negative I could attempt to have. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was really out the way. If it was closer to anything else I may want to do I would be a regular.

On E. Washington at Rt. 44 8th Day Brewing is a nice casual place with a long table in the middle of the one room. It's not a large place, but it works when the crowd is reasonable. Daily beers on tap are on the chalkboard. Order at the counter. Want food? Order a pizza from across the street. Enjoy the patio and fire pits. Some nights have entertainment. We drank an Irish stout and a coffee stout. Both were okay. We'll be back. It's a local drop-in kind of place.

Great place to have some great microbrews, outdoor area is nice, was there when they had live music and a food truck. Several styles of beer including a seltzer which my GF son appreciates.PLUS a bonus of open Eucher the last Sunday of the month!

Superb brewery. Excellent beers, service, outdoor patio with live music, pizza from over the road. I really like the British bitter which was the closest thing I have had to British beer in the US.

What a great neighborhood tap house. Full menu of great beers and great area restaurants will deliver as if it's coming straight from the brewery kitchen. Just a great, friendly atmosphere with a beautiful patio as well

SeasonalItems like Strawberry Blonde Ale, a non-beer option of blood orange seltzer and a collab IPA with Schnitz Ale brewing from Parma for example.Live music outside (which is dog friendly) and thoughtful play list with art by local artists for sale inside.
