Came here for an early dinner after a Castle Noel visit. Easy walking distance and right on the Public Square (hence the name) which is adorable for pics as well!Lucked out and got a nice happy hour discount on our appetizers and we ordered three which was a good amount for our party of 7 (including two kids): soft pretzels, spinach and cheese dip, and stuffed mushrooms - all excellent!I ordered the chef selection sandwich which was a crispy chicken sandwich and it was very good. I really enjoyed their rosemary fries but not everyone in our party did - the kids meals come with regular but still tasty fries so perhaps ask for that if rosemary is not your thing.

Handmade 1/2 lb burgers cooked perfectly on toasted brioche buns with homemade rosemary fries. Some of the best chicken tenders we ever had. Locally sourced juicy chicken in crispy homemade buttermilk breading. Maple burger was good but lacked the sweetness I was hoping for. Will try the Bacon fig burger next time.

Here to update my review. We come here literally every year before the tree lighting. We love it here so much. Cocktails are always amazing. The spinach and cheese dip is so good. We always have the best servers. I can't recommend this place enough!

Always a great experience. Have yet to have something that I didn't like. Cocktails are great as well. We stop in every few months and always consistent no matter if they are packed or slow.

My wife suggested dinner at 17 Public Square recently. We arrived just before the dinner rush and were promptly seated. They offer Pepsi products, so I requested a Mountain Dew. As an appetizer, I requested stuffed peppers. For dinner, I requested the arugula salad, my wife, a burger and fries, and my son, fried chicken with mac n cheese. We were told that the chicken would take approximately 25 minutes to prepare and my son was okay with that.Five minutes later, the appetizer was delivered. The stuffed peppers were tasty and I very much enjoyed them. The rest of the food was served about 10 minutes after that. I requested my arugula salad with no blue cheese and it was basically a large plate of arugula with a vinagarette dressing on the side. It had some sliced dates in it. The salad was not balanced. It was just mouthfulls upon mouthfulls of arugula. This salad needs to be revamped and I don't recommend it with or without the blue cheese. My wife's hamburger was delicious and the fries were good. My son really enjoyed his chicken and mac n cheese. We'll be back to try more items.

This is the first restaurant we tried after moving to town and it set the bar high. The steak salad was amazing. The service was fast and everyone was friendly.

Really enjoyed this... I would call it a "gastro pub" on the square in Medina. Good craft cocktails, highly rated wines by the glass, and my burger, fries and salad were all really flavorful and delicious. Service at the bar was very friendly, and at the table very efficient and attentive. Will definitely be back - glad to have a spot like this in Medina!

Great all around. Fun place with good food and service. The stuffed mushrooms were a hit.

Very pleased. The chef's special chicken sandwich on Thursday was delicious, well-seasoned, creative toppings, tasty sauce, option of grilled vs. breaded. Bun was nice & fresh. Rosemary fries are delicious.Service is good & accommodating if there are items you do not want on your sandwich. The burgers also looked excellent! Authentic ambience. We will be back. Terri L.

So disappointed, I had been hyping up eating here to friends. Granted, we arrived at 8:30pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm, but no excuse for how rude the guy at hostess desk was. We ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.
