We were on vacation in Seattle on May 14. I bought some postcards to send but the hotel we stayed in had no stamps to sell. I was told to go to Clay's Market around the corner. I stepped into the store and the lady if they have stamps for postcards. She asked if it was US or international. I told her that it was for US. She then put all the stamps on my 4 postcards. Little that I know how much a stamp is nowadays. She put the forever stamps on the postcards and charged me $3.92/.89 for each. There is some dishonest employee there, Watch out!!!!

Thorough and reasonably priced convenient store situated in front of a Capital Hill bus stop. Typically convenient store clerks are boring and wont say anything to you... not this place -very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location for last minute snacks and drinks while at the convention center -- buy prices reflected in the location.

Use to be called Clay's Market. I don't know what it is now. My credit card charge reads "Ethioblue C Store". In any case, I'll never shop there again. They charged me $11.01 for a tall 6 pack of "Bud Ice". It sells at Pike Grocery just a short walk up the hill for $6.95 out the door, and even cheaper elsewhere. Horribly overpriced at this store. I would never have purchased it if I knew it was going to be that much more expensive (my bad) from this tiny store located at the Convention Center area. Never going back there again.

Best experience! Went on my birthday for some wine (so we'll priced compared to neighboring bodegas) and the lovely woman at the register gave me free matches for my candle and a free snack. Made my night.

Incredibly rude staff and a 30 cent credit/debit card fee make this a place to try and avoid! The prices are high but they're near the convention centre, so that is to be expected. Their prices are more than high enough to not pull the bait and switch and add a card fee on top of them! But, far more importantly, the guy who was working when I was in was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in retail. People like him have no business selling - we went in a few minutes before closing and when I told him I was going to pay cash (I didn't have a choice to just not buy or I would have) because of the card fee, he literally started shouting at me to hurry up while I found enough cash to pay. I was not slow, he was just incredibly rude. Not acceptable. Please be sure you bring EVERYTHING you might need to conventions with you so you don't have to deal with this awful business.

It was a nice convenience store around the block. I am able to find common convenience store stuff and bought stuff I need. The price is a little undesirable, but considering the rent for the location and the pandemic, it's understandable to me.
