CK's Tavern & Grill

Met some friends for drinks last night. Been meaning to write a review based on our football Sundays there. We've been going to CK's for many years at least 2-4x every Fall to watch football. Solid sports bar. Lots of tv's. Fans of many teams come to cheer on their team. We like the mix. Make your own Bloody Mary bar (during football season on Sundays) is a hit. Solid breakfast options during football season. A respectable # of taps and bottles/cans. We also enjoy the wings and the club sandwich. They have daily specials on a food item and a beer. I believe the "beer of the day" is about $4.25 a pint. Service can be slow depending on your server but overall a good spot. Recommend for all game watching!

This restaurant has opted to take all of the prices off of their menus! When the server was asked why this disturbing (illegal?) policy had been recently implemented at CK's; replied, "with the frequent price changes, it had become expensive " to constantly redo the menu to keep up! Unless the customer wants to scan in the online menu, it appears that you just pay whatever the ticket ends up being at the end! Surprise! I'm not sure about you, but I think I will pass on going back to a restaurant that places so little concern on customer service that they can't be bothered to share how much we are going to have to pay to eat their fare! Maybe some people have an unlimited budget, but I'm not one of them. I want to know what the charge will be for that burger before I order it; not be hit with an unexpected $17 bill when I walk out the door! I'll just keep on walking past here next time!

SMOKING!Have you ever considered getting with the times and updating your smoking policy? It's so disappointing that on a beautiful evening. we cannot sit outside and enjoy it because your smoking policy is stuck in 1990. It's long past time to join the 21st-century. O

This is a great little hole in the wall in Ahwatukee. TV's all over if you wanna watch a game. Outside seating with yard games. Cute booths for big groups. If you're looking to just go out and chill this is a great spot. He service was great and drink we're not outrageously priced.

Food was great, remember this is bar food. Service was awesome Sydney was our server!! Ambiance was so cool over 24 TVs that I counted just in the inside. My sprite was delicious for the non drinkers.

Cks Tavern and Grill is a wonderful and excellent tavern and grill!I have been there a few times over the last year and right when I came through the door I was greeted by a friendly host.The live entertainment,food and drinks were super and all of the Management and staff were very kind and attentive. Especially Server Allyson who was very sweet and friendly. She was very patient although she was attending many tables and did an excellent job taking care of all her customers!!I highly recommend CKs.Once again,the Management and all the staff are all super friendly. Food here a always great! They made a special order of the nachos but substituted it with fries!! It was delicious! Service is always crazy fast! We've always been seated immediately and received our appetizers and drinks quickly . This is such a cool low key neighbor place. Great to watch a game, grab a drink, or have dinner with the fam!

I was able to return after outreach from manager who was apologetic and kind and provided a couple vouchers to return. I went on a Sunday noon for their breakfast menu. The breakfast was great, traditional, what you would expect for breakfast. The ambiance was of a bar feel. The service was amazing and I give 5 stars just for the serverI gave 3 stars because the breakfast was good but just average nothing to write home about and only served during specific hours....not sure if it's just promotional. I don't find I would be called here for breakfast in the future given all the other options close by.I will give this place one more try, in the evening, for the bar food...and provide another review at that time. I want to be fair and since they are a bar, let's see if they can meet the mark!!!

The food is decent, not great but not terrible. Service was a bit slow but the most annoying part is they don't put any prices on the menu and charge you to used a credit card. Tacky.

Ordered from Grubhub, perhaps if we were there in person we wouldn't have been able to get or orders corrected. Ordered my husband's burger with "no tomato, no lettuce" and it was delivered with both.But far worse.. I ordered a French dip. You have to specifically mushrooms or onions if you want them (which I did not). The sandwich arrived with no au just and loaded with onions and mushrooms. I also ordered buffalo fries basesd on the reviews that said they were good - my order arrived with something else. They weren't fries, more like homemade chips which might have been fine and maybe that's how they come but there was zero buffalo sauce on them.CK is close by but there's no chance we'd order takeout again, not sure if I'd risk going in person either.
