This is a no brainer. A must stop if you're in the west loop / greektown area Fresh tasty chicken sandwiches, salads Employees who are always pleasant Prices relative to our times. Service always quick Dining room is small but you have to remember you're at a downtown location. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and stop in. You'll be glad you did :)

Solid fried chicken spot in the West Loop. I ordered takeout online during peak dinner time and it was ready within 10 minutes. When I walked in, the workers didn't seem particularly friendly but just passed me my bag and I was on my way. I noticed the inside was pretty clean and there were plenty of tables open to dine in.Others had posted (and I saw pictures) of the tenders being on the small side so I went with the medium pack, which came with 6 tenders, 1 sauce, and fries (~$15 with tax). 6 tenders sounds like a lot but I would say 2 of these tenders equals 1 tender size most are used to. A little on the pricey side, but I felt like the whole meal was made fresh and tasted like quality ingredients were used. Can't knock them too much about the fries because fries generally don't do well for carry out, but I liked the parm and seasoning. And I really liked the city sauce! Just wish they threw in a drink to complete their pack. Still a very good option for fast casual/fried chicken in the area.

Super yummy chicken strips with the right amount of flavoring. Tender and flavorful and the fries were great too. A little pricey but the fry portions are huge for a combo! Liked the ranch, honey mustard and bbq sauces too. Our friend likes the hot honey as well. Great late evening or night spot, but parallel on street parking might make it a tough spot to grab and go.

Citybird is a great spot for chicken tenders! All their sauces are delicious and the tenders have a flavorful coating. After trying all their items, my favorite is surprisingly the salad with 3 tenders on the side! The salad has a ton of different high quality ingredients. I like getting the citybird vinaigrette but lemon thyme ranch is also amazing. The fries are really good and such a great deal for the amount they give. The bathroom is always clean. There's street parking along Halsted that you may have to pay for, except for holidays and Sundays. Definitely an underrated, affordable and delicious restaurant and West Loop. Service is great too, if you dine in they bring the food on nice plates to your table.

CityBird is my new go-to for fresh, tasty chicken with commendable service. The location is clean. The food is great, and Emmanuel and his staff give top notch service. Thank you for providing a great experience.

Excellent and friendly service and great food! Seasoned fries were very tasty as was the breading on the tenders.

Well what I thought was going to be a quick run for lunch turned into a 20 min wait. Yes it was lunch time but 20 min is too long and then your order is missing something. I ordered the 6 tender meal that comes with fries and a 1/2 salad. Easy enough right? Wrong! Don't get me wrong, the two people working were doing the best they could. After that long wait, I get back to my office only to find I had no fries in my box. Well too late to go back so now I just have to do without. I'm very disappointed.

Been wanting to check out this place for awhile and finally got around to it! I ordered pick up, it was ready within 5 minutes. The chicken strips are small but sooooo delicious. Cooked perfectly and the city sauce was the perfect addition. Kind of like a canes sauce. The fries were a little soggy but I like how they had seasoning and parm. Would get these tenders again!

Came here because I was walking past it and I was craving fries. The fries were good, nicely seasoned and crispy. It is on the saltier side but I enjoyed them.
