Cinco is my comfort go-to in Nashvilel/Brentwood for delicious mexican food, strong drinks, and amazing service.My favorite dishes include the cheese dip, fried jalapeños (these are cooked in a skillet with lime juice!), ceviche, enchiladas del norte, shredded chicken quesadilla, chicken tostada, chile colorado, and the guisado! My husband and I eat here at least every other week - we are addicted!We've tried other Cincos around town, but this one is our favorite. We love the location, the vibes, and the food - it's consistently amazing every time, and I've been eating here for over 15 years.Cinco de Mayo, you have my heart!!

This is just a solid go-to Mexican restaurant. I've never had to wait for a table but don't let that fool you! They just have a lot of tables, I think haha! It always seems fairly busy when I'm there and there's usually some sort of party taking place. The service is always good and I strongly recommend the chimichanga. I always order it extra crispy with my cheese sauce on the side (hold the beans and salad please!) The salsa has a nice little spice to it and is delicious.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday evening and got seated right away. The atmosphere here is fun and welcoming. The wait staff are friendly and check in often. The food came out fast and was nice and hot. The steak street tacos were authentic and delicious. The steak has nice flavor and the tortillas are definitely homemade. The chips are so crispy and their salsa has a nice flavor and spice. Will be back!

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant chain in the Nashville area. All locations are amazing. Tons of parking and a fairly large restaurant where there's rarely a wait. It's also fairly easy to get a large group (14 people) seated together. There are specials each day of the week - my favorites are $12 margarita pitcher Monday and ladies night on Wednesday where margaritas are half price. I've always felt like family at Cinco and am proud to consider myself a regular.Best on the rocks margaritas for this level of a Mexican restaurant - not too sweet/sour of a mix and there's a fair amount of tequila. I will say the frozen margarita is a strange Baja Blast color, so I recommend sticking with on the rocks. Their house salsa is also the best in town, but it does have a good amount of spice to it. I love to add the pico to eat with my chips! I tend to mix it up with my order from the menu, but can't go wrong with the Fajitas Texanos or the tacos. Really solid place and I frequent the establishment (1-2x/week) due to the consistent quality.

We like to go to this place. Certainly there are the value going this restaurant. Nothing is perfect here, but nobody can deny the effort the service crew is providing. They really try hard. The same thing is describing ambiance. It's not fancy, but is welcoming and homey. As I mentioned previously is applying for the food. It's not "wow" but you can't go wrong with any item on the menu. So we will go back anytime we crave for a good food and feel relax and welcoming.

Cinco De Mayo is home away from home for us. My wife and I go there at least 3x a month. We are always greeted by our favorite bartender who always asks us about our day and if one of us dines there without the other, they always ask us where our partner is. We always get the large queso and the food comes out overwhelmingly fresh and quickly. We never wait more than 15-20 minutes for our food. Cinco is a must visit.

YUM! First time here and I got the enchiladas guerrero, which is two queso fresco/onion enchiladas with carved carne asada on top. They nailed it. Also ordered queso for the table; hot and fresh. I mean... warm melty cheese, can you go wrong?Location is great, tucked behind Old Hickory Boulevard so not to deal with the crazy traffic... but close enough so you can easily access it.Service was ehhh, which is why y'all get 3 stars instead of 4. She was pretty rude. We had a 5 year old with us who acted... like a 5 year old. She was very off putting and acted as if it was the end of the world. If we had a different server this would be a much higher star situation. We didn't, so here we are.

Our entrees tasted like tomato puree and tortilla. The creamy jalapeno dip tastes like pea puree. Chips and salsa were aight. Staff were kind enough. Edible, but not much compared to the other competitors around here.
