Had the Katsu Curry Rice bowl tonight, and the flavors and textures were AMAZING. I don't usually got ALL CAPS on things, but this is an amazing dish! I got it to-go, so pix won't do it justice, but it comes in a two-tier container, one with the curry sauce , and one with the rice, pickled onions, and katsu fried pork. I could eat this every night of the week. I've tried their Teriyaki Chicken Don rice bowl here (also AMAZING) and their Ramen at the original location on 12th St., OTR, also AMAZING. With the ramen bowls you can get an extra serving of noodles, but beware, that's a lot of food! The space is nice, with a Cincy-centric mural, but it is in a strip mall on Red Bank. Neighbors with some other good restaurants in El Jinete and New Shaan. Please give them a try, you won't regret it, I promise.

Hubby and I enjoyed bowls of hot ramen on a cold evening. I went with the tonkotsu, my fave. Hubby had the tantanmen ramen since he likes some spice in his noodle bowl. Both of us enjoyed our delicious bowls. His noodles had roast pork, sprouts, and baby bok choy topped with green onions. Mine had roast pork, soft egg, bamboo shoots, and green onions. I love a soft cooked egg with my noodles!! We also ordered the seaweed salad to share. This was shredded seaweed in a light sauce. Our guess was sesame oil with some kind of citrus...maybe yuzu? Though it was a small salad, it was plenty to share for the two of us. I don't think one person would enjoy a whole bowl of this salad. It's good, but I feel like it's more of a side dish to enjoy with something else. I also enjoyed a Sapporo draft :). Service was excellent: fast, friendly, and nice decor. I especially liked the fresh flowers/plants on the table.

I was looking for a good birthday restaurant and this was a wonderful more laid back experience! My group went around dinner time and the place was well kept. There was a grand opening sign so I am not sure how new it is, but it was not crowded when we got there. For appetizers we got gyoza, edamame, and tako yaki, which came out piping hot and very tasty. I got the Chicken Katsu Ramen with extra noodles. It was so tasty, and while I love noodles, I ordered way more than I could stomach, haha! The bowls are very large, and the different ramens my group got they all enjoyed! We did not have room for dessert as we were so full. I would definitely take more people again. I hope for good things from this place!

I personally really liked the food. The service was fast and the ramen was tasty! My partner didn't like it as much as me, though. They did like the chili oil that comes on the table though. It's a small lil restaurant but those usually produce the best food, anyways.
