Yummy Gyro

We were in Springfield, and the Yummy Gyro food truck was out front. We grabbed a couple gyros and veg spring rolls while we enjoyed our drinks at the bar. Not even 10 minutes and we had the whole order presented, and it was simply amazing.We thought the hummus was a little runny/oily, until we scooped it completely from the bottom with the handmade pita. Mind blown - it wasn't runny at all, you're supposed to mix it all up with the bread, so you get all the flavors throughout.The supreme was a little messy, but it was delicious all the same - freshly made, you can tell the people working here love what they do - you can always tell - but they reall make some awesome greek food!They're on Streetfoodfinder at https://streetfoodfinder.com/YummyGyroFT, so if you're anywhere close, I highly encourage you to swing by!
