Wow, the sandwich was thick, dense and so flavorful. My partner and I were a bit nervous about the size to cost ratio. They stack up on the meat! In my opinion, it's quite expensive for what it is, but I will say they don't lack quality. The fresh ingredients are fantastic. The bread got soggy quickly so it became difficult to eat. Service was quick and location is right next to shops.

Had the absolute pleasure of experiencing my first sandwich from Young Buck last weekend. My husband and I drove from Columbus to Cinci to try it out and it was totally worth it.I chowed down on the Porchetta sandwich. The porchetta itself was so flavorful and the gorgonzola dulce schmear and salsa verde really elevated it. I am also a fan of crunchy pork rinds so it was fun finding them inside this sandwich as well.My husband got the Boston Beef "Three Way", as an homage to the city where we met, and he loved it. The roast beef as on point and he loved the touches of the bbq sauce and fried onions. Any New England native would be psyched to eat that sandwich.Sandwiches aside, the shop itself has a great vibe and everyone working there was friendly (even when they were super busy). I really like that they have windows into the back kitchen area - loved watching Brian do his thing while we waited for our food. We'll be back, Young Buck. Thanks for a delicious Saturday!

Young buck delicatessen had been on our radar for some time, due to the excellency of chef Kaitlyn young . We ordered the club sandwich and the pb & j. The pb & J was on challah bread that had been toasted in the manner of a grilled cheese but yet had the caramel notes of a Fillo dough pastry. The peanut butter was homemade , salty, and paired nicely with the jam. All in all, this is a superb pb & j for adults (and the sophisticated palette), which nonetheless recalls childhood. The club sandwich was comprised of focaccia which on its own would be delectable. However one thing to note is that the sandwich towers, making it ergonomically difficult to consume for a standard jaw. I highly suggest adding pickled onions for extra tang. Storefront is atmospheric, affording a well lit view of OTR's charming street, and allows a view of the chef working at the right. Will be back!!

Can't stop won't stop. This place is the best place in the city for lunch. The hearty sandwiches are only made with the freshest ingredients. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My favorite part is that homemade focaccia bread. Perfection every time!

Had an amazing lunch at Young Bucks. This place is amazing ! It reminds me of All'Antico Vinaio sandwich shop out of Florence Italy and New York ...but Young Buck's has to be better ....they serve most sandwiches on homemade focaccia and they make / cure their own meats ( pastrami, corned beef , turkey , roast beef , porchetta etc ) ! The owner's are super nice as well ....Seriously one of the best sandwiches I have had in ages - I got the Rueben with half pastrami and half corned beef ( and some other things to go ) and you can purchase all of their meats by the pound. If you have not been it should be at the top of your list of places to try ....... Absolutely incredible!!

I've been twice now and the sandwiches are no doubt delicious! I've tried both the mortadella and porchetta. Where Young Buck Deli shines is the super friendly service and great vibes of the interior (keep in mind, there's not too much seating). The focaccia bread is also a rare sight to see in Cincinnati, I've only seen these types of sandwiches in NYC and Italy otherwise! However, I would note that both times I went past peak lunch time but there was still about a 20 minute wait to get my sandwich. They were also unfortunately out of mortadella both times I went so they replaced the meat in the mortadella sandwich with porchetta. The second time I tried calling ahead to decrease wait time but no one answered the phone. The prices are a bit high, but I felt pretty stuffed with both sandwiches. If you're in the OTR area and have time to leisurely get some takeout, I highly recommend checking out Young Buck Deli!

This was my first trip to Young BuckDeli. The vibe in this place is fantastic for any 90s kid. Awesome old school rap matched the energy of a busy kitchen. While we waited for our sandwiches it was fun to see the prep kitchen behind the glass where people were making their homemade bread and other tasty things. In the front of house you can the fresh slicing of deli meats and sandwich prep. On to the food - we ordered the Friday special chicken parm and the new deal sandwiches along with a pint of potato salad. The focaccia bread is phenomenal and stands up to these hearty sandwiches and you can taste the homemade care that goes into every bite. I absolutely loved the potato salad. I'm a huge fan of mustard forward potato salad and the tanginess and rich flavors hit the mark for me. This place is the perfect example of a locally owned, fresh ingredient restaurant. Highly recommended!

YO!!!!! My smart and beautiful fiance (venmo: @kylepbeatty for wedding gifts) surprised me for lunch and brought home Young Buck Deli. It was unreal. We tried two sandwiches. They were both quite different but equally delicious. The Boston Beef was impressive. Loved the bbq sauce on it, slightly sweet but tangy. The fried onions added a great crunch. But really the beef is the absolute highlight. I love rare roast beef on a sandwich. This was done perfectly pink. It had amazing chew and texture. Would absolutely order again. The Jive A$$ Turkey slapped. I love turkey sandwiches but nowhere else has this flavorful turkey. The fig jam and goat cheese play off each other so you get a salty and sweet mix. Both sandwiches were on their house made focaccia. The bread was light and doughy but also crispy on top. The flecks of salt give the sandwich some savoriness. I'll try any and all sandwiches on their menu. The size of the sandwiches are big and make it worth the price.

I've been here three times. Twice I got food for my ex and I had a bite or two and it's was brazy* good. Last time I went I got house made pastrami with provolone onion and mustard. It was like OMG... so good ..." It made me wanna smack my mama"! Meat was piled up like a perfect bbw on house made focaccia.. (I believe) If I said something negative about it..... I bought the sammich and a chocolate chip cookie.. (also amazing btw) it was around $20 for both.. if you are buying for more than one person more than once a week it's definitely pricey for some people.
