Great chocolate croissant's and the chocolate cake was amazing. Will be back again and again. The logo on the edge of the empanada is genius! The beef empanada is so good, sweet and savory.

Maybe the best almond croissant I've had in my life. Cinnamon rolls are also life changing. They only have drip coffee, but it is quite good. I'd love to see espresso options available as they grow! Small space, so be prepared to take your order to go on busy days.

An extension of the Yellow Springs Bakery housed in a business park a couple of hundred yards north. What better way to showcase your baked goods than with a cozy coffee place?Only six tables, but plenty of light overlooking Dayton Street. Modern decor, but a place that won't have folks hanging out too long (no outlets for the laptop screenwriters). Between the metal chairs and tinny acoustics, there will be more "to go" orders than customers sticking around. The chocolate croissant is pure flakey goodness, and the variety of baked goods is exceptional. But no espresso machine. What coffee they have is very good, but more of an afterthought since they're here to promote the bakery side. And for now, no other drinks.TIPS TO OWNERS:Get 2-3 old flower vases. Saturday morning farmers market customers buy flowers before stopping here. And please, don't advertise a 12 oz. coffee and put it in an 8 oz. cup!In a village with plenty of coffee joint choices, this place brings great baked goods to the table. But they have to up the coffee and drinks side of it, and make the Cafe side of it more inviting.
