The very first place I ever got sushi! It does not disappoint. Their sushi is really good, as well as their soups, salads and hibachi! Their fried rice is divine. Very affordable too!

Visited this location at lunch while traveling on business. I was shocked at how good it was! Sushi in a smaller midwest city could easily have been basic but this was an excellent surprise. Service was very quick, and the place nearly empty on a Wednesday afternoon. Sushi selection was decent, with all the usual rolls, sashimi, and apps. We shared several rolls as a group and all of them were top notch - perfect mix of savory and spicy. Miso soup was on point too. I'd definitely recommend it. It may not look like much from the outside in the middle of a little strip mall of shops, but you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Big servings at reasonable prices! First off, this review is basically due to the 2 types of food I order from here which is sushi and their hibachi entrees. I always get my food to go and have never dined in. This review does not rate the service or Covid measurements that could be properly be reviewed if I actually ate at this location. You get a lot of food when it comes to the hibachi entrees which includes soup, salad, spring roll and your main dish. The main dish consist of plenty of fried rice, vegetables which include zucchini and onions, your protein of choice and plenty of Yum Yum sauce for the top. The meal is easily enough for 2 people or 1 person for multiple meals. The steak and chicken are a little dry but have good flavor; however the scallops are very moist and well seasoned. The shrimp is also a winning choice if your in the middle for seafood. The sushi is also my other favorite option when I chose to visit this establishment. This is one of the very few sushi restaurants that I have been to that they actually do so good on their regular rolls, you don't need to order any of the specials. Their 3 roll special which is $12 is a great deal. It includes 3 rolls and I always tend to chose at least 1 shrimp tempura roll because that is my favorite. They also have a great spicy tune as well! This restaurant seems to take care in their "common" rolls unlike a lot of places. Many places ignore the "everyday" rolls and spend most of their effort on their "special Rolls". I have had some of the rolls off of their special list as well and they are also very tasty! You won't be disappointed if you chose this restaurant for your next Hibachi or Sushi cravings!!

The sushi was good; not amazing. The Yummy Yummy Spicy Roll isn't spicy, so don't go for that roll if spicy is your jam. The Dream Roll was the best we had - delish. We also had the Melinda Roll and it was okay. Honestly just average sushi and service. Scratched the itch for sushi, but not a place to write home about.

MUCH better visit on a warm, summer Sunday evening!! Wait staff was100% more on top of things, orders were taken quickly, servers were very much more prepared, and everything we ordered was great!! We shared a 3 roll special, teriyaki chicken dinner, which came with miso soup and salad, tempura veggies and my go-to seaweed salad (yum!!) While this might be far from "real, authentic" sushi, what you're really looking for here, and what we definitely found this visit was just what we got, fast, friendly service, plenty of choices from mild to "wild," and a sincere hope to be back again soon to try even more of their great specials!!

Good food ... however I ordered 2 different sushi rolls and this is not what I was expecting. Disappointed.

The food here is always good. But more often than not we feel rushed to place our order even when it isn't that busy. The wait staff seem annoyed they have to take your order most of the time. There is clearly an attitude issue that may need adjusted if they expect to keep this restaurant thriving. It's been an ongoing issue that deserves addressing. We have come here at least fifteen times and always seem to have the same experience. It was time to announce it.

Food is always hot and delicious. The soup is very tasty. Only 1 time in 10 years did they not give me the correct order.

Food is really good! Customer service is lacking big time!!!! Can't speak on the ambiance, I always place to-go orders.
