Wingstop

Not happy! I had to update! The general manager Curtis stated he'd refund my money for their huge mistake. I ordered off their app but DoorDash or GrubHub delivered it. Stated 5-7 business days for the refund. I mistakenly believed him. We ordered BOGO chicken sandwiches with free delivery. Wings and fries. The wings were delivered not the sandwiches and fries. I called him back he stated order again and I'll send it over. Just what we didn't get. I did an accidentally ordered the 2 Sandwiches again and fries. PAID FOR 4 Not 2!!! Plus paid twice for fries! Not GOOD General Manager Curtis! $70 for was to be at $45 bill!!! We won't be ordering from your restaurant again. Sad because WingStop has amazing food! I'll try another location!

Their soft drink machine was out of order, and they still sold meal combinations that included a beverage. Boneless Wings and classic wings were needs management help and a cleaning

I am a big fan of their boneless wings with their mild sauce -- very juicy very tasty. I was not so fond of the bone-in wings they seem to be a little dry and crunchy which is not how I like my wings. But you can't go wrong with the Boneless, they are yum! Try and see if I'm not spot on!They are now one of my favorite places for wings. 10 piece is my usual order but can't ever finish it!

Well, the rest of my order was right. My wife and I just got back in town and we're hungry so we re-ordered the order that we had last night. Her wings came in with the right sauce, but mine did not. Not only was it not the right color it had heat, and I don't do heat. I always do Hawaiian which is an awesome sauce. I don't know why it changes from day to day, but I'm going to bed hungry to night. Actually, that's not true. Thank God for carrots.

I called in my order and it was oh so wrong...... I had two orders.... she gave me only one Order of wings and one order of thighs but she did give me my two orders of french fries .... I was to far from there to go back

I LOVE wingstop... but this location was so disappointing :( The fries were so soggy and undercooked... they tasted like raw potato. The chicken was overcooked, and SO dry. The employees weren't paying attention and left orders (including mine) sitting on the shelf for about 15 minutes while myself and other customers were waiting for their food. The ranch was great! I do enjoy wingstop, but this experience made me not want to come back to this location.

So delicious! Workers are quick and nice and the place is usually clean! love it 10/10

This place is the worst I will not order from them again. I keep making the mistake of ordering delivery from them and they are ALWAYS missing something they won't send what you are missing you have to go pick it up. Which defeats the purpose of delivery. I'm sure they owe me a entire family dinner by now.

Good wings, enough said. Meaty, crispy and hot when we picked up. Price is a bit high, but in this instance, i think you get what you pay for.

Horrible service. I placed my order and was informed it would take twenty three minutes. Waited outside to allow proper social distancing. After 25 minutes went back in to check my order status. Was informed by staff to allow 6 more minutes for them to complete my order. After waiting an additional twenty minutes the staff informed me they accidentally gave several orders to wrong customers. My order was among the several lost orders !Therefore, After waiting 45 minutes I never received my order. The staff said they refunded my payment back to my credit card. My bank informed me they never received the refund. Never received my order nor my refund. Screwed!
