The manager running the shift I was there for didn't know how to manage. There was no one at the register to assist customers, everyone was in the kitchen, and when other customers asked for assistance, she got rude with them and told them they were going to have to wait for 30 minutes to get assistance. I was picking up a Doordash order, which was ready for pickup, but they didn't have anyone to hand out orders and were being rude to anyone asking about the multiple to-go orders on the shelf waiting to be distributed. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally got my order but they never gave me the cup to get the drink to go with the order so I had to yell at someone to give me a cup. Extremely disorganized place. Avoid at all costs unless you have an hour or two to waste.

3.5 stars. The Parmesan garlic were smothered in garlic and very good. You can ask for your fries to be cooked more so they aren't flimsy. Overall, better than WNB and BW3.

One of the better experiences I had with Wingstop pretty good service was normal. Ambience was your typical run of the mill Wingstop food was above average for Wing-stop that same usual Wing-stop quality.

I placed an order for wings and waited 56 minutes on 1/17/25 for the order. At 57 minutes, I inquired only to learn that the wings weren't started so I asked for a refund. The kid working the register was not trained to execute the transaction. The manager yells from the prep lo to tell me she will run the refund that night. You guessed it, no refund. This business is set up to have multiple bottlenecks in their process. A very inefficient business model and the customer service sucks. Obviously cannot rate the food because it was never delivered. Multiple people were in the same situation as me. The won't be in business for long at this rate. Avoid and go to Barrel House if you want wings.

Every time I've ordered it's taken at least 2 hours with 20+ people shoulder to shoulder inside. Got a refund recently for in store credit, used it, and it took 2 hours again. It's not the workers fault (aside from pretending they don't know how long it will take) but this place needs serious updates to their estimated wait time because it will always be an hour added on. So if you do feel like getting wings here on the weekend, the cheat code is to order, watch a movie or two, then go pick it up.

I have given this new location several opportunities. Each time either the wait is extremely long, order not correct or product is terrible. This time order was on time, however ranch missing despite someone noting managers check every order.For some reason the bone in wings are rubbery, at least my all flats order. This last order I was unable to eat the wings because the skin was so rubbery, you could not chew it. I was excited about a Wingstop coming to Mason, but for some reason the food quality, accuracy and customer service is just not consistent.

i placed an order 1/26, the website told me 18-25 min. i got there after placing the order 29min knowing how slow the employees are. When i got there the place was packed. They seem to prioritize Doordash orders first. i also realized that they prioritize complainers as people would complain and then 10 min later get there food. while i was waiting they have one employee who just stands there and does nothing. They also have one employee who was literally making tiktoks. One alarming part is they all were not wearing gloves. One worker wore a mask but not gloves... worry about yourself not the customer obviously. i also notice they prioritize people who place orders in store over online customers who tip. there was a lady who walked in 20 min after me and placed an order and got it 20 min later. remember i was 4 min late. one point i asked after waiting an hour how long it would be, the man said 30 more min. 30 MORE MIN. i was mad i tried to complain but the same employee waived me off and ignored me. so i told the employee who was standing doing nothing i want to cancel my order. so they did... so i thought. i called later that night told someone everything that happen and they gave us a $10 credit along with the refund. Again so i thought. i waited 5-7 days and got no refund or credit. i called the store on Feb 3rd. i talked to the GM Dana Adkins who you would think be very supportive. He told me for me to get a refund and credit i had to send the email conformation. By the way when i told him about the credit he laughed at it. He gives me his email which has to be wrong or he doesn't care about service, because i have not gotten an email back nor got the refund and credit.

go to any other location. i got there and stood in line for a good twenty minutes. then had to retake my order about three times. the lady behind us started fighting with the manager and neither of them were being kind to each other, curse words flew like seagulls to food, i genuinely thought things would get physical. i sat and waited for my food for at least thirty minutes and during that time the line was out of the door and there was absolutely no food being made, just people standing in the back. another group of people were waiting on their food for about an hour as well while no food was being made. i finally got my food and i got the wrong kind of wings. on top of that, my fries were completely cold and they gave me half of the normal serving that i usually get at any other wingstop. i've worked several food service jobs and i can safely say this was avoidable and was worse than any service i've had even at mcdonald's.

10/10 food but I have to wait an hour. They tell me the same lie every time of how it's gonna be only 20 minutes and every single time it ends up being over an hour. It's outrageous. I really enjoy this place however I will not be coming back for 3 weeks in protest to this. I don't think it takes that long to cook chicken just look at canes and chik fa la. I also don't understand why there are no trash cans in the building. It makes no sense
