The waitress was very friendly, but it took over an hour just to get an appetizer and main course. It wasn't a busy night, but they didn't have enough staff for the few people that did show up. The food came out over cooked, cold and dry (think sitting under the heat lamp at a gas stations for days). Some friends came the night before and had a similar experience with the wait time. If your stuck without a car, you would be better off going to Packy's just down the street.

$6 pizza on Tues night! Good personal size, maybe a bit larger for smaller people.Salads are a good size. This is sports bar/pub food. The patio is nice and quiet. When your stuck at the Inn with no other options, this place isn't bad.

A far better place to watch the UFC fights than your local bdubs...we sat right at the bar and had fantastic seats. However, there's tradeoffs. PROS: Decent and friendly bartenders, less of a crowd than a sports bar, average priced food with deals into the later hours, free popcorn, plenty of room, clean facility, and overall...a much better environment.CONS: Very understaffed for big nights (though this may only be reflective of the August 1st fight), very limited liquor selection, low variety of draft beers, food came out 30-40 minutes after initial order for most customers, kitchen closed at 11, and unprofessionalism in tasting customers' drinks with a previously dirtied instrument (I witnessed this a few times by one particular bartender.)I know that seems like a lot of cons, but that may have only been for the night. There were two main waitresses I noticed working their butts off to keep customers happy - One that wasn't even originally staffed for the night. (That's not to say the others weren't working their tails off too! Just what I noticed.)I think that this is an excellent place to come to with your significant other or a family. I'd much prefer this place than most sports bars, as it provided a better environment. I think the only thing that may be lacking is a bit of organization when it comes to predicting incoming crowds, but I know that can be thwarting. All in all, this was a 3.5 and I'd visit again.

Off h beaten path, Packys does not disappoint! One would think it's a military establishment, but it is far from the truth! Located in The Hope Hotel, accessible from 444, before you go through he base gate. Healthy portions, perfectly prepared and easy on the pocket book! You will not be disappointed! Make his your next new place to visit!

Great casual place with lots of different seating, whether you are by yourself or group of 8 they can accommodate. Food is solid, plenty of selection on tap. Great place to watch a game and have some wings or pizza.
