Fun bourbon bar in downtown Cincinnati. You can order a flight of their distilled bourbon. Or mix one of your own. They even have a computer where you answer a list of questions and can receive a personalized bourbon mixing. The staff was excellent; friendly and knowledgeable.

Ok ... love this place in downtown Cincinnati. They make their own mixes of bourbons. Love the Opulent Oak. Cocktails are very good. Do your own blend. Use their mix Wizard on their website. Have a drink, have two... have fun! Stop in to see Clarence and Lauren and Katie. Ask questions... sample their stuff .

I won tickets to the bourbon experience so my husband and I came for a day date. We had fun, Pedro was a very kind and friendly host and I learned a lot about the history of bourbon in cincinnati. It was fun to blend and name our own bottle. I wish the experience had more than just history about the process of making bourbon, a better explanation of how to blend the different types we were given, more details about the process. I had a lot of questions about how to blend. My husband said this would be a pretty young bourbon as they don't make anything that's aged for more than 3 years.

At my suggestion my sister took my brother in law for his birthday. Many years ago I bought his first bottle of bourbon for his birthday he's obsessed. Service was great, he thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
