Food offerings have really slipped at Whole Foods. Salad bar is OK but the hot food is nonexistent. Very few choices and usually picked over.

I was impressed with the selection of local, vegan, and gluten-free options here when I visited on their grand opening! Everything was super clean. What I missed the most were the packaged Ahimi vegan tuna rolls that I buy at other Whole Foods (haven't found them in any of the 3 Cincy area ones though). They're right next to Envision Cinemas. Wish they were open until 10 pm like the other two Whole Foods in the area, and also wish they had hybrid and EV vehicle parking/charging spots. On the plus side, on the grand opening day, there were plenty of people to greet you, and I was excited to shop the sales on the first day of their opening! Will definitely be back!

When you're on the road traveling and you need a place to go to the bathroom, get a good coffee in the morning, sit and charge your phone... That's why I love Whole Foods. Also the people are all kind. What's not to love except the prices lol.

The typical WF you can expect with a great location! There's plenty of food options, but this location is certainly smaller than some WFs I've shopped in the past. For example, I'm used to a wider selection of meat and seafood behind the counter, but they do have a decent amount prepackaged. I'm also used to a much larger hot food bar, but they still have good options. This is the first one I've gotten fried plantains at so that's a win!!! And lastly they don't have a very large beauty/non-food section.I have been to this location twice, and so far it hasn't been extremely crowded, but that might grow. One thing I will say is that the staff is always pleasant and ready to help! I'm hoping there's more variety in the coming months, but definitely check the location out! Might even be able to snag a healthy lunch after hitting the kenwood shopping!

Honestly I was super disappointed with this Whole Foods. SO much stuff wrapped and packaged in plastic.. we can do better than this!! All of the food they had out too, baked goods, hot bar stuff.. etc... it was all just crap ingredients. Honestly a glorified Kroger as far as food quality goes. Less plastic and less crap ingredients, Whole Foods!!

LOVE this new Whole Foods in our neighborhood!!!! I was so excited when we went the first week when they opened!! They brought in experienced workers to ensure positive experiences for their shoppers. I spoke to at least three or four and told them how happy I was that they opened in Kenwood! The seafood counter is AMAZING!! The fish is very fresh and they'll butcher/prepare it to your liking. We got two bronzini and they were delicious! The prepared food section is smaller than Mason or Oakley, but I'm fine with that. Love the blue Amazon Prime signs hanging above items where members can save! Can you tell I'm very happy with WFM?? Or do I need more exclamation marks?? They are sustainably conscious and offer quality products!

The kenwood location's hot bar is NOTICEABLY worse compared to Hyde park. I've felt this way since they opened but thought it would get better over time. Every time I visit WF kenwood, the hot bar looks dried up and not at all appetizing and the selection is usually very poor (today there were only a few hot options). Kenwood is the more convenient location for me but I drive to Hyde park often just for the hot bar when cooking isn't in the cards on a busy Sunday night. Hate that I can't count on kenwood for a better hot bar.

Do not patronize or buy seafood from this store. Bought 13 Little Neck clams this morning for tonight's dinner and only 3 were good. Of the 13, 1 was open when I got home, 3 opened when cooked, 9 never opened. Don't waste your money. What a waste of money. Can't patronize a place that sells bad seafood.

I love this store, they moved on from the Covid panic back to normalcy! Good food, great produce, nice people working here. BUT... to Amazon corporate: Complaint about your "prime/rewards" card (nope), screenshot of code/number (nope), phone number/email tied to prime account (nope) - instead you frustrate customers ALL day long with forced app usage input at register. Listen corporate techie sunshine: I don't bring my phone into the store and many others don't use "apps" on the spot either. Please make this more seamless.
