The shakes here seem to be a bit more expensive than other Herbalife shake places . I really want more consistency with what I pay here .... the shakes are pretty good other than that !

This establishment has a nasty habit of being condescending and hateful to customers who don't praise them. Customers have the right to be upset if you run out of a product, that's actually logical and not that bad for business. What's terrible for business is telling a customer that you don't care if they are upset because that flavor was for your "real" customers. Isn't anyone who walks into your door willing to give you money a "real" customer. Whomever is running your social media needs some retraining and a social sensitivity course.

Edit: From 5 stars to 1, sadly. I used to frequent this establishment (and give a tip with every purchase) until I repeatedly experienced poor customer service. Unfortunately the owner is rude and can be condescending if you have any differing opinion or life style from hers. Additionally, the actual product "Herbal Life" seems very pyramid scheme-y. I also over-heard a barista explaining they use pudding mix in the smoothies/shakes - not very "nutritious." I will not be visiting this place again.

I read all the negative reviews about the owner, but decided to go anyway. As my shake was being made, I heard a worker mention how the owner was coming in. "Oh, no!" I thought. Will I learn about the terrible attitude? The awful service? Nope. She seemed very kind and personable. Shake was good, too...

I used to go here regularly but stopped due to the blatant rudeness and lack of respect from Kim.... The owner. The product is extremely overpriced but tasty. I like the product, but you are better off to make your own shakes. I have switched to shake shack lo on Harrison which is in Kims pyramid although the employees there don't berate you and are much more pleasant. A lot to be said for simple customer service.

I came here because my friend recommended it. The shakes were really good (and I am picky). There is also a lot of different flavors to try. I stopped coming here because the owned is very rude. When she asked me what I was going to school for and I told her education, she asked me why and told me that I was going to be poor for the rest of my life. This was not my only run in with her. The other workers seem fine though.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner decided it was appropriate to give my daughter, who is only 16, and her friend a lesson on "why it is ok to have an abortion" and how she did it so it wouldn't ruin her life. She also proceeded to tell her how the republicans only believe in religion......she says this to girls who are wearing catholic uniforms. I called her to let her know that I didn't appreciate her educating my daughter on abortion or politics and she tells me it is her feelings and she doesn't care who knows....then proceeds to text me about her beliefs until I finally had to block her number on my phone. She is crazy!!!
