Love their deli (awesome), beer selection (outstanding) and variety. Friendly staff - how many places still help you carry groceries without you asking but can see when you needed help. Always able to find what I need and someone's always willing to help. I simply love the hometown feel of this place!!!

Services was bad. Meat quality was poor. Purchased ground chuck next day it went bad, over priced

There are a couple of REALLY good reasons to travel out of the way to this small town grocery store:1. The Beer.2. The MeatThere are few places in the Miami Valley that have this extensive of a selection of craft and import beer, let alone places in Miami County. The bottle selection here is truly good. The only competitors would be in the Miller Lane area, Belmont, Miamisburg, Centerville, and Tipp City. They're obviously running out of places to put all the beer because if you walk around the store you find it on every end cap, of almost every aisle. It's everywhere... seriously. I'll admit that I'm partial to this location because I grew up just a couple miles from here, so nostalgia for the store I walked around in as a child does bias me a bit.The other thing you can't really beat here: the meat. The steak is reasonably priced, the pork is as well, but the main thing is that they are fresh. I've never gotten something here that didn't feel and smell perfectly fresh. Oh it's not the highest high end prime grade, but it's excellent quality, and far better than what you'd get at one of the huge box grocery stores anywhere around unless you want to drive to one of the luxury/organic grocers far down south, or deal with the limited hours of a small butcher shop. I highly recommend going out of your way if you're in the area to choose something from this extensive collection, then picking up a couple of steaks and heading home to relax. It's worth the trip. If you live close by, well... then you already know.

This is great grocery. I shop here many times. The deli always has excellent prepared salads and cooked meats. The bakery has on hand nice pies and cakes.This place has one of the best craft beer selections in the Miami Valley, bar none!

The prices are absurd and I'm not exaggerating, we're talking double what you would pay elsewhere. If you don't want or need help carrying your groceries to your car they will try to force it on you and then they will expect a tip. I for one feel respectable business owners should pay their employee's practical wages rather than expecting their customers to pay the employees with tips. I stopped going here specifically because of this. It was the beginning of the pandemic, the only thing anyone knew was that senior citizens were at much higher risk.I wanted to avoid larger crowds so I went to the local IGA... When I got to the check out the older Woman working the cash register asked "do you need help carrying your groceries" I said "no", then in an irritated tone she says "well he's going to anyway"..this caught me off guard, I was confused, shocked and disgusted all at the same time. During a pandemic that mostly killed senior citizens, this woman forced me into a close physical situation (that I respectfully declined to no avail) with a man that appeared to be in his 80s. The man kept trying to put my groceries in my car for me.. As if a 30yr old man needs an 80yr old to carry his groceries. The whole situation infuriated me...I haven't returned since.. I drive to Troy for groceries just to avoid this store and it's abrasive owners. It almost feels like you are unwelcome here if you're under 50yrs old. The success of this store is clearly built on the exploitation of the local senior citizen population.

Great meat department. Prepared salads etc are always good. Outstanding and unusual beer selections. Nice veggies. This isn't the only grocery store I use but I can always count on quality staples and great service.

This is the perfect grocery store! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the shelves are stocked well with a great variety, their deli cannot be beat, and the prices are very reasonable for a small grocery store. I prefer this IGA over the big box stores.

Nice meat counter and deli and excellent beer selection but I purchased yogurt on May 20 and was ready to eat it today and discovered it had expired on May 9th! Not acceptable! Shame on me for forgetting my reading glasses so I couldn't check.
