This is easily one of the best playgrounds that we have ever visited. It is interactive and immersive with several zones. One zone consists of two small adorable playhouses meant for young crawlers and toddlers. Right next to that is a musical instrument section, balance walk, and a huge colorful maze with textured walls. Towards the back is a play area with a turf hill and 14-foot mega tower with plenty of opportunities to slide and climb. There are tube, flat bed, and curved slides. The tower can appear intimidating but my 3.5 and 5 year old girls fearlessly climbed the ladder to access the tower and came down the tube slides without issue. Surrounding the tower are several climbing structures. One consists of faux tree logs and another resembles the back of a bear. Another major feature is the zip line. My 5 year old was super excited and went on it several times.

Wow, what a fun creative park for the kiddos. The younger kid play area consisted of small houses that were adorable. There was a zip line which is always fun for any age. The main play structure is 3 stories with so many creative play elements including two very tall slides. There was an AstroTurf hill for sliding which also provides an excellent vantage point for parents to see the kids. There is also a fun maze, and of course, swings. My kids had a blast here.

came with both boys on a hot Saturday afternoon..and this park is definitely one of the best ones they have been too!! This park starts out with a maize kids can run though and on the other side starts the play ground. What makes this park unique is the zip line-like structure the kids can ride. I've never seen anything like it!The park itself resembles a large tree house and has many slides for kids to slide down on.There is a nice covered area for parents to sit and watch kids play and assist in escaping the sun. There is a water fountain at the front of the park with bathrooms and also has a plug available in case you need to charge your phone. My sons favorite part was the zip line and I think they rode it 100 times.Too bad this park is In cincy as we are from Columbus. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back!

West Fork Park is amazing! There is so much to do. There is no way that I am going to cover everything in this review. From crawlers to preteens, everyone seemed to be having a blast. The zip line was a huge hit with the older kids. It is much larger than zip lines we have found at other parks. This made it quite popular. The line moved quickly. For the most part, the older kids did a good job taking turns, and only going once per turn. The little play houses are more than structures to climb in. They have many interactive parts to move, and explore. There are also small ramps and steps for climbing, and a small slide. In the same area are large scale percussion instruments. There is a rainbow/ multicolored maze. The way the light hits the textured panels makes them glow. It is a bit magical. The maze is small enough that younger children did not seem to get overwhelmed by it. Older children seemed compelled to give the maze a try. When then emerged, the older kids seemed to get a kick out of how easy the maze was.At the center of the park is a towering play structure. There are so many ways to climb up the structure. There are also numberous slides, and ways to get down. Different levels for different abilities. The structure has a woodland/ nature theme. There are tunnels, swings, and additional places to climb. Pro tip, bring cardboard to slide down the AstroTurf hills. This park is mostly about the play structures. If looking for a park to play ball, ride bike, play Frisbee or anything else of the sort, this park is limited in space for that. It is intended as a place for children to play. The picnic areas are shaded. The shade provides a welcome break from all the sun. Most of the park itself is not shaded. I would suggest lots of sunscreen, and water. Everyone in our group loved this park.

This is an extremely impressive public park. Our friends said the city had made it nice, but I couldn't believe my eyes. The central play structure is colossal, probably three stories tall. There's a maze and -- wait for it -- a zip line! Never seen one of those at a park, but it's really cool (if not a little dangerous). Our kids also loved running up and down the artificial hills, covered in turf. Speaking of turf, that's my only criticism. The turf is already showing serious signs of age and the seams are clear as day. Not sure if this is a quality/installation problem, or represents unavoidable wear and tear. Either way, it looks like it'll need replacing within the next couple of years. Regardless, I wish I had a park like this near my house; it'd make play time a lot easier.

This park is so great! I have a small active toddler, who always is on the go. Despite being very young, there are many appropriate objects for her to climb, hit, sit on, walk around, etc. I love that they have a small section off to the side for toddler size kids. Of course- my kid didn't want to be relegated to the baby size, so she had to check out all the structures. If she could climb ladders, she'd have gone down the 3 story slide. We're not quite there, but she enjoyed climbing around the lower levels of the big tree playhouse. There are so many great features of this park: the colored maze, the color whirly as you walk in, the AstroTurf hill with pipes through it. The rope spiderweb & of course the zip line! The only thing it could use is more swings, particularly for toddlers. The one they have is in high demand! This park has something for kids of all ages!

So fun. Lots to do for toddlers and even older babies. My only complaint is if you come early on a Saturday Sunday or Monday morning be prepared for a TON of trash. It's not the park districts fault but people have gatherings here and leave trash everywhere. So sad to see such a nice place being treated that way.

This park is incredible! My boys could have stayed all day. We were actually on a long road trip and looking for a park to stop at to let the boys burn some energy. I wish we had a park this nice near us. We had a great time.

West Fork playland opened in 2017 and is arguably the best playground for young kids in Greater Cincinnati. I came with two toddlers and felt like I didn't have to freak out the whole time, because the equipment is low to the ground and made for them. There is also a large playground for big kids, and it looks really cool, but I appreciated that it was set apart from the toddler area so that the little ones didn't get trampled.Highlights were the sensory maze (approx 4 foot tall, colorful walls) and a giant turf mound with slides down the sides, and tubes through the middle. There is also a swing set, picnic pavilion, and plenty of parking.
