This is how I received my pizza and they said it "wasn't their fault". Terrible customer service. Would never order from here again.

they ATE NO CAP my granddaughter says . My pizza was so good. The service was pretty darn good. Bussin if you will . The ambiance was good, for the one table was right next to the windows, no cap. Bye yall .

Traveling late on a Sunday with my 20 after 9 pm on a Sunday we discovered few eateries open in Lexington other than bars that had a 21 after 9 policy. We stumbled on West Coast still open. Their menu has a nice variety of specialty pizzas, calzones and pasta. I had the spinach Roma pie calzone and my daughter the cheeserino. The bread the calzones are made with was wonderful, seasoned nicely . Filled with white garlic sauce, spinach, mushrooms and Roma tomatoes it was quite tasty. For a downtown establishment I found their prices to be reasonable. Service was fast and the place was clean.

I have tried several items on the mean at West Coast Gourmet Pizza. My son has celiac, so he ordered the gluten free pizza. It was different. Their gluten free crust is great, but lettuce on a pizza was odd. Especially iceberg. Maybe a different type of lettuce would have tasted better. I have had the veggie pizza here and it was great. The staff provided steady service. Overall, a good pizza place.

Solid delivery every time! I've ordered delivery from them a handful of times and it's always good. The food is really fresh and clearly cooked to order. Great buffalo chicken pizza, tasty meatball sub, delicious potato wedges (with a nice kick of heat!), and good salads. The carrot cake is a surprise - really fresh and highly recommend!

Still on our hunt to find the best carry out pizza in Lexington. West Coast may be a decent contender. The flavors are interesting and I really enjoyed the pepperoni. Maybe a little too much cheese or it could be cooked a tad longer - will definitely try again with one of those modifications. A lot of reviews about being overpriced for what you get and I would disagree. I think this is a step above other chains with their mega-discount deals with taste and quality.

I had ordered from here before, a few months ago, and had liked their pizza and their deals. But tonight was extremely disappointing.I ordered a small pizza with some veges, chicken n pineapple... do NOT judge me! I placed the order at 5:42pm and the email I received said my delivery time was 7:02pm. More than an hour!!! But I was like ok no problem. The pizza was delivered to me at exact 7:01pm... lukewarm.. which I didn't appreciate but one can always warm it up so no big deal. But the pizza was missing my pineapple!!!!! I called up the Fortune Dr location and a gentleman answered. He sounded rushed and didn't even let me finish stating my issue before saying "Ma'am we have a lot of orders tonight and someone got your order wrong. It happens.. I can give you $3 off your next order." Though his words were polite, his tone was not. And what kind of customer service is this??? U get orders wrong because there were too many orders??? So is that the customers' fault for giving you their business?????? I told him I didn't need the discount on my next order because there won't be a next one from me!! Very disappointed! Not recommended! Plz learn customer service before operating businesses.

Staying at a hotel nearby and ordered through GrubHub. Delivery was fast, friendly, and done by the restaurant. The actual pizza was meh. Cooked just long enough to melt cheese. Thin crust was soft. Pizza sauce was canned or just cheap tasting. Would've been better off ordering fast food pizza. I was disappointed since I pay a premium for GrubHub and look forward to having something fun to eat when I'm on the road. disappointed

The pizza is great and we have ordered many, many times. Uber deliveries should be required to have pizza warming boxes because even if it is fast, the pizza is still cold. Just had an Uber delivery with 3 people in the car and no warming box. Pizza was in the back seat and cold.
