I love the West Chester Farmers Market!! I come here weekly in the summer and find salsa and fresh warm chips, fresh eggs, fresh bread and coffee beans, popcorn, fresh veggies and fresh flowers! Its such a treat to spend the morning talking to vendors, seeing friends and spending a lot of money supporting all of these local, home grown vendors!! I even adopted a dog at one of the Saturday market days!

The farmers market has moved to the Library Parking lot. With the above being said, it also seems smaller than it use to be. It is still very friendly and has some great offerings, but just not as many. I stopped in with my BFF on Saturday morning and we got some bread (I love baking my own bread, but it can be time consuming) we also got some salsa and homemade fresh tortillas chips, by fresh, I mean they made them literally as I was standing there. Parking was good when we got there, but we did go early. I will be back again as I do enjoy farmers markets, I just wish they had more offerings.

West Chester's Farmers Market has been holding strong for the two years I've been frequenting. The location is perfect for the Becket Ridge area utilizing parking from the library on the interior road that won't cause traffic congestion from it being closed. The number of vendors attending varies greatly from week to week. I love the experience because I'm all about supporting local businesses and this is a location where they can come together and offer services and products. You will typically see one to three vendors selling fresh produce, one to three selling home products, a few sweet and savory treats to take home for desert, and several freshly prepared entrees that can be eaten onsite. It's great talking with the vendors and what you plan on doing with the purchase they tend to start remembering your purchasing style and make recipe suggestions. Some of my favorite vendors to date...Just Farmin - best value for your $ with fresh produce. Usually the first stand, one I do NOT recommend skipping until you have make your rounds. Lots of purchase are in bulk, and you don't want them to sell out.Russo's Ravioli - Three cheese ravioli is on point. Garrison nice to talk with too. Cooper's Crepes - I know the vendor as crepe guy. It usually goes, "yeah, the crepe guy is here" - great snack while you walk the market. Note - given the smaller size and customer traffic at this market some vendors require advanced orders for delivery at the market.

We've gone to farmers markets that run the gamut from covering an entire mall parking lot to... well, West Chester's Farmers Market. So yes, this Farmers Market is definitely on the small side. Total number of booths is less than 15. There was only one produce booth on the day that I visited. As another reviewer said, though, that the organic meat selection is tremendous and offers a revolving set of chicken, pork, and beef. They also make their own sausages, which are delicious. Their chicken actually tastes the way chickens are supposed to taste as opposed to the flavorless and stringy mess sold at many supermarkets. Also on our particular visit this time, there were a couple of bakers, soap-makers, and a personal chef doing food demo. There was also a cool adopt-a-greyhound (not the bus) booth with retired race dogs. All in all, this Farmers Market has definite potential. I eagerly look forward to more produce as harvest season comes.

Chuck from La Terza coffee not only roasts the best coffee in town (mostly direct and fair trade), but he makes a PERFECT iced latte. See for yourself. I'll pay you money if you can deliver a better iced latte in Cincinnati.

I think we went to this Farmers Market on a bad day. A little chilly, scattered rain showers, early in the market's season. There were only 2 vendors selling produce (maybe 8-10 vendors total), which was the main reason we stopped by. In my opinion, the selection of products was extremely limited in general. But, like I mentioned before, there were some factors that could have contributed to this and maybe later in the season on nicer days, there will be more variety.
