Holy cow. There are not a lot of restaurants in the area. I was traveling for work and hadn't eaten lunch or breakfast or anything all day long and at 4:15 I finally got a break and was able to run and grab some food. Thankfully, I ended up at Weiss. Holy smokes, although beautiful, it was empty.I was promptly seated and served. I ordered the chicken pot pie and it did NOT disappoint. It was $18 but easily three meals for me!

We greatly enjoyed our first visit. As a parent, the first thing I loved was the plethora of games families could grab and play at the table while waiting for their meals. Our 8 year old enjoyed a competitive game of Yahtzee. My scrambled egg was perfectly cooked and I enjoyed eating it piled on the English muffin. I normally prefer thin pancakes, but these were thick - lightly crispy on the outside and fluffy soft on the inside, and I think, now my favorite local pancake. I don't recommend paying extra for fruit on them - it wasn't much for the added cost. The sausage and gravy was delish and my husband I shared it - 3/4 to him as it was a lot of food! I tried a bite of my hash brown casserole and liked it but packed it to go as at this point we were stuffed!I was concerned it would be really loud due to how open the space was without walls to break up the space but it was pleasantly peaceful We will be back! And maybe next time, I will win the game of Yahtzee!Ps the dessert case looked delish

We have been to Weiss Baking Company a couple of times now for brunch and dinner. Guys, please Go There! It's so good. The Hangover Harry is a total win. Split, open face biscuit with an egg, sausage gravy and goetta. The service is excellent, the venue is open floor plan and the staff is friendly. They also have case with desserts to take home if you would like. would recommend to all my friends!

The biggest hidden gem on the Eastside. It has to be the lack of marketing that gives this restaurant such little exposure. It deserves awards! What blows me away the most is this area between Milford and Goshen is not known to have such classy establishments! It is absolutely STUNNING inside with top aesthetic details. You'd think this was a rustic high-end city restaurant. From the silverware to the restrooms, it is gorgeous. A great place to bring a big group because it's huge and even has a patio. The potential here for a classy coffee bar is high. The food is top-notch, again, considering the area. Corn Flake Hash brown casserole and gravy is crave worthy. I order it every time. Super trendy, fresh, delicious menu items.Hours are different so plan ahead and make sure they're open first before heading over to this hidden gem!

We visited here for the first time (at the recommendation of a neighbor) on Saturday, 8/10/24, for an awesome brunch. It was not at all crowded when we arrived around 9:30AM.The dining room and restrooms were very nice "wedding reception hall" decor, but it felt more like a large dining room than a reception hall. Our server was friendly and very attentive.I had the Hangover Harry ($14, buttermilk biscuit, two fresh eggs, five cheese blend, sausage gravy, topped with crumbled goetta & a side of our house hot sauce). I had eggs over easy rather than scrambled, and there were either two biscuits or two halves of one very large biscuit. I like hot sauce but did not pour it on my dish since it detracted from all the other great flavors. Overall this dish was great and extremely filling. My wife had Stuffed French Toast ($9, two pieces of our french bread stuffed with vanilla bean mascarpone, served with pure maple syrup & whipped cream) and Haus Potato Casserole ($4, shredded potatoes, creamy five cheese sauce, baked in a crispy cornflake crust). The French Toast was probably the best I ever tasted (she gave me a couple bites). It was two large slices of French Toast with mascarpone in the middle and then cut in half like two halves of a sandwich. She said the potato casserole was good, but too much to eat given the generous potions of French toast. We also ordered a Brioche Cinnamon Roll ($7) with mascarpone icing to go. It was served warm and was good heated up briefly at home, but a bit too light on cinnamon. Our total bill before tip with two soft drinks ($3 each) came to $40 plus $2.70 tax - and it was well worth it.We'll definitely be back for brunch or dinner.

Located in a renovated banquet hall, this open concept mom & pop shop is cozy & welcoming! I'll be honest, the service was very slow, but the food made up for it. A recommendation- for a place that specializes in "baking" why don't you ask customers if they want dessert? You have to walk all the way up to the nearly hidden cabinet to find dessert. For a new start up, I'll give it 4 stars!

I highly recommend Weiss Backing Company! My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. We couldn't resist the deserts on the way out. Brownies, cookies and pies. So good!

This is a hidden gem. I've driven by this place many times not knowing that they serve fantastic food for over a year now. This once event hall has been transformed into a fine restaurant with a bakery. My girlfriend had Harrys hangover and I had the stuffed french toast. We'll be back. Thanks to Yelp and a search for brunch!
