I didn't even know this place existed before a few days ago, but it was a BLAST! I went with 2 friends to try the knee boarding, it was first of all a very cheap day. $25 got us a generous 2 hours (20 minutes were added on as well for free) on the cable. The $25 was all inclusive of life jackets, cable ticket, board, and helmet. There are plenty of obstacles and trick equipment in the wake oval for you to try if you're up for it. I didn't fall off at all, but if you do, a potentially long walk awaits you to get back to the launch station. NOTE: Beginners should have good core and upper body strength. Some friends had trouble staying on the tow line due to the speed and jerky turns. I lift weights daily and do advanced hot yoga which really helped. You will get tired and need to take breaks too, they have a nice patio area for that. All in all, I'll be back and up for trying full wakeboarding next time. It's a cheap, fun (if you can stay up/hang on), and unique experience!

BEWARE of KIDS SUMMER CAMP! Look elsewhere! Where do I even start?! This place seemed cool when we visited to do a walkthru. The owner and his wife were there, and let me know he lives in Colorado but ensured me of all safety and learning strategies from his summer camp. I was told in an e-mail food and snacks provided throughout the day, professional "Great" wakeboarders will train the kids etc etc. Here is what you are not told-13,14, 15 year old kids and one who just turned 18 run the camp. Yes, 8 hours, with zero Adult supervision!! -They have 15-30Kids they're responsible for on a lake and water blowups, the entire Day-They gave have a bunch of kids that come and are called volunteers who will wakeboard for free during your kids summer camp extending the line and decreasing the time that your children get on the line that you paid almost $400 for, and the workers ride also and play during their camp work. -The first day of camp the children that I paid for and the other camp kids, were offered two slices of bread and a slice of turkey with A water fountain for lunch while the other kids who run the camp and "volunteer" will bring out pizza chips and pop for themselves, and tell your children if they are still hungry or ask for anything else that it's not in their inventory! -some of the staff seem to be dating so a 17-year-old boy and a 14-year-old looking girl are getting fresh down at the small pond with each other while your child is watching and waiting for their lesson. Mind you there are no adults around to oversee the relationship or the things that are happening down here - The owner will not answer your phone calls don't count on it! Steve 100% is the most ridiculous business owner I have ever encountered. He has children working eight hour days monitoring other children, and feeling like they have to create power over kids that are only a year or two younger than them. -4 parents complained from day one and this crazy owner decided that I personally located these four people and told them to complain although I had not even been to the camp on day one and have no idea who those people were. I simply was vocal and stated that this was not safe and that I would be staying on day two so that my son could safely complete this camp. Also know that you are allowed to stay and watch your child's camp as I was invited to do so when I met this owner weeks earlier. When I actually did stay, I saw so many other things that were just mind blowing that were happening at this camp. The emails that I received from Steve, the owner, were absolutely ridiculous in his responses and he takes no responsibility for the issues happening at his camp. He will not under any circumstances call you and will only email you nasty emails where he again takes zero responsibility, then he'll share it with his child workers! He lies repeatedly about things to cover him self that contradicts what his child workers say. Lol JUST AVOID!!!

If you are looking for an amazing day to spend with your family this is it. Get an hour lesson with Steve (owner), Jordan or Connor and I promise you and the kids will be shredding in no time. Very affordable and everyone treats you like you are part of the crew. The entire vibe is awesome with good music and supportive people all around. Even if you are just taking kids, there are plenty of shaded spots to watch from, also lounge chairs to relax in. I guarantee you will come back if you give this place a try. Top notch service and amenities! Check it out.

Had a good experience last summer at a birthday party here. But disappointed yesterday at the Aqua park. Inflatables in bad condition- everything dirty and a lot of them only half or less inflated. All but one of the slides were too sticky to slide down, where it was actually painful to get down them. The one slide that did semi "work" landed us INTO the rope that's supposed to divide the area off from wakeboarders. Safety wise, the division of this play area from the wake board area is too close to equipment- made me nervous for the kids I was with. Last to note is the goose poop situation- just WOW. Aquapark just needs some maintenance/cleaning and safety eval and could be great! Too pricey for current condition.

Our visit to Wake Nation was absolutely incredible. I decided 40 years old was not to late to learn a new skill and I brought my 2 little girls with me to learn as well. To say we were all nervous on our way there is an understatement however I could not have had a more wonderful experience. Steve was beyond patient and such a great teacher. We all got up on our first try because of Steve's guidance and his patience while teaching us on the dock prior to getting in the water. As a mom, I especially loved how he guided my girls on how to be self-sufficient with their bindings, board, entering the water, how to lay the board while existing the water, etc. As we were leaving, my girls asked if we could do this every week and for both of their birthdays. We all fell in love with wakeboarding and Steve had us feeling so comfortable and confident in our skill. We're hooked! After posting this, I'm booking our visit for next week!

A friend and I went to Wake Nation for a women's training day and it was unforgettable! The owner, Steve, was so helpful and adjusted his teachings to each of our skill levels. I'd wakeboarded a few times over the years but left feeling like I learned more within those few hours than over many years. Steve was accommodating and made sure we had a good time, you feel like family when you're there. It is an amazing atmosphere, unique and definitely worth a trip- you'll want to keep going back!
