My friend and I came to this coffee shop to get some work done and to chat! Got a hot seasonal tiramisu latte and an iced Matcha latte. Tiramisu latte was delicious, the cups are very cute. My friend said her Matcha latte was one of the best she's ever had. The ambience here is great for studying or for a nice chat, there's plenty of seating upstairs with a good natural light

I heard great things and was super excited to try Viva. It is so cozy and friendly and warm. I had an amaretti latte, one I hadn't seen anywhere else and it was DEELICIOUS. There was even a gluten free lemon blueberry loaf that day! I only missed having nut milk as me and oat milk are not bffs, but sometimes we can work it out. The space upstairs is so uniquely designed and perfect for working and meeting but can get loud if a lot of people are up there at once. Either way, the sun coming in the windows was perfect and the vibe was right. I will definitely be back!

Viva Coffee Roasters is THE place for the best cup of coffee. As a two-story coffee shop, you are sure to find a place to enjoy - the front porch, couch on the first level, or 2 rooms upstairs. Gerardo, the owner, and all of his baristas are so kind & knowledgeable about the coffee you're enjoying. All coffee is grown in Honduras, who Gerardo has direct relationships with. You will always be satisfied with whatever you order at Viva!! This is my fav cincy coffee shop!!

I had the opportunity to visit O'Bryonville's newest coffee roaster, Viva. First off, the coffee was great. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Gerardo, who explained the background of himself and his business. A big takeaway from our conversation was that Viva sources their beans EXLUSIVLEY from Honduras. He visits the area to try beans and ensure what he's ordering is premium and great tasting. Check out Viva to enjoy a unique coffee experience within Cincinnati and their awesome space upstairs.

Delicious avocado/sundried tomato toast. Great rose latte. Efficient, friendly service, spotless seating area and restroom and fast WiFi. I was visiting the area and needed a place to get a small breakfast and hang out for an hour. Viva was perfect. There was plenty of open metered street parking right in front. The street is really wide so the drive and parking was totally stress-free for an out-of-towner.

What makes Viva coffee a five star establishment? From the coffee to the decor, the staff and so much more, Viva is truly Cincinnati's best place to get your caffeine fixed. I've been consuming their coffee for over a year at this point and have almost completely stopped going to other shops and roasters in the area. I've been a coffee nut for the better part of a decade and admit that Cincinnati has better specialty coffee than most cities its size. I have found a few decent bags from different roasters in the area that I use for different purposes. I used to go to one shop to get beans for espresso, another shop to get pour over, and a third shop if I wanted them to make me a latte. With Viva, those days are over. What makes their coffee so unique is the ability to please all pallets. I'm amazed at how Honduran coffee can remain delicate and floral in a light roast like their Gesha, while also producing beautiful medium and dark roasts like Sierra and La Familia. Now that Geraldo has opened up his brick and mortar shop, I am thrilled to see the quality that is in their beans has been replicated in their atmosphere and new offerings. The staff have been wonderful and the food has been delicious. They recently introduced some chocolate truffles that are the best I think I've ever had. We enjoy the avocado toast and croissant for breakfast. And yes, the drinks made in house are easily satisfactory.Whether you live in the area or just pass it through, I can't recommend enough that you try Viva coffee!

The owner quite literally stopped in the middle of what he was doing to help us dig through trash in order to find our car key. We are not regulars but the staff went out of their way to help. Kind staff and great fresh roasted coffee with house-made syrups.
