Absolutely delicious food and wonderfully helpful staff! We are so glad we chose Village Pantry for our wedding catering. They were very accommodating of our special requests and easy to work with through the entire process. Everything went smoothly and our guests were raving about the delicious food, especially the salmon! Highly recommend!

I found Village Pantry Catering through a friend--and planning a wedding 2,000 miles away from Ohio, I decided to go with them after just a phone call and sample menu. They were really easy to work with and gave great recommendations. Plus, they kept in good communication with me, even though we could never meet in person. They also worked with me on food allergies, so we had a gluten free, dairy free menu. The day of the wedding everything was perfect. The staff was so helpful, kind, and organized. They made sure my husband and I could grab dinner before being crowded by our guests, and brought us a drink immediately after the ceremony. The staffs' helpfulness lasted the entire night.

They constantly blow me away in all aspects. They are fast to respond and very easy to work with. Jay gave me such peace of mind the day of the event. They were there early and set up with such beautiful décor. Him and Adam were very professional and quick to replenish dishes when they were getting low. They even helped with tasks they didn't need to, like lighting candles. I definitely recommend them for any occasion. And the food is SO GOOD!

Wow! Village Pantry Catering exceeded our high expectations for our August 15 wedding! We are so grateful to Adam and his team for what they pulled off for our wedding AND a large barbecue event the following day. The food, service and atmosphere was impeccable in every way and we could not be more happy. The chef was masterful and Adam's leadership in executing everything was over-the-top amazing.My husband is from Italy and we had a strong idea of what we wanted, and Adam was so flexible and helpful in ensuring that the menu and presentation was just what we wanted. We're not exaggerating when we say that we completely customized our menu. The servers executed the multi-course well gracefully and kept things moving in a timely fashion without rushing guests or keeping them waiting. Also, if you envision a huge antipasti spread like I did - Village Pantry is your go-to!We heard nothing but rave reviews and Giovanni and I made sure we sat down to enjoy it all for ourselves, so we know all speak the truth when they say it was all delicious. And then to turn around and have the team at it again on Sunday was insane, but awesome. It was so fun to see so many guests again, and they were certainly well fed and happy. Village Pantry has our highest recommendation. Bravo, team!

VP was amazing to work with - I specifically had the pleasure of working with Jill for my wedding on July 3, 2016. She was patient, collaborative and supportive from day one. I had a vision and she helped to make it a reality. The planning for the reception went so well that we ended up booking them for our rehearsal too. Everyone raved about the exceptional, "non-wedding" food all night long at both events. I also want to make a note that VP is family operated - so I got to meet Jill's sister, uncle and brother. Everyone was so helpful and warm; it made the overall experience an absolute breeze!

VPC was amazing for our wedding this weekend at the Center in downtown Cincinnati. Jill was our contact, and there is no one more patient and professional than she. The food was amazing (hors devours at Music Hall, stations and bar service at the Center). Everything was elegantly displayed and exceptionally tasty. I would highly recommend this catering company for their flexibility, patience, professionalism...AND delicious offerings!!

They always have excellent food and service. The company I work for has used them for multiple occasions throughout the year. This year we needed Thanksgiving food for 3 locations last minute and they were happy to help. Thank you!

So happy I found Village Pantry Catering! We used them for a large co-ed baby shower/party. From the first call to the last contact, each person was thoughtful and professional. (especially Sarah!) Prices were very reasonable. I was a bit concerned that, since this was such a small order, we wouldn't get the same attention or service. I couldn't have been more wrong. They treated us as if we were their most important client. Every guest raved about the delicious food and beautiful buffet display. (we had the Slider Bar and Taco Bar). Our attendant/server was outstanding! I highly recommend them. Great food, Great service!

Just had Village Pantry cater a party in our home. The servers took care of everything - from hanging up guests' coats to making and serving cocktails. The food was delicious - rosemary pork tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans with red peppers - and the presentation was lovely. The servers were very efficient and even washed and dried all the dishes that they could. I recommend highly and will definitely use them again!
