Victor’s Taco Shop

I had a delivery from Victor's Taco Shop and I must say it was a very good experience.My order was the Chimichanga with chicken. It comes with Mexican Fried Rice and Refried Beans. I added sour cream as an extra. The chimichanga, refried beans, and Mexican fried rice were put in a styrofoam container. The sauces (guacamole, sour cream, pico), shredded cheese, and lettuce were placed in separate containers and placed in a paper bag. This is something you can request on DoorDash. There were two plastic forks and two spoons included in the bag. Ample napkins were included as well.The refried beans and Mexican fried rice are what you would expect from most Mexican restaurants. They were good. The guacamole, shredded cheese, sauces, and shredded lettuce were all fresh. However, the chimichanga is the star of the meal. It is huge and I could not finish it in one sitting . The crust was soft and flaky and fried well. The chimichanga was delicious. It was very cheesy, with shredded chicken and some refried beans as a filling. It is really big and could be shared unless you're very hungry. Overall, even with DoorDash delivery charge, I found this to be a very good value for your hard earned money. I highly recommend and will order from again when I am craving great Mexican food.

Food is decent and service is fast. I rated it a 3 because they served us our "eat in" food in two to go STYROFOAM containers. So wasteful. Save yourself money and the planet with less junk in landfills. We are so behind Europe in trying to eliminate waste that will be here for many years to come. Please use paper plates instead of styrofoam. Or better yet use a plate you can wash and reuse. Ok I'm getting ahead of myself.

Went here for dinner. I was told this place just opened up. I have to say the service was good. I was so excited to hear you could get a breakfast burrito all day so I got a burrito with egg, cheese, sausage, and potato. It was so good. They do charge extra for the cheese but it was not too much more. I went through drive through so not sure what the ambiance is on the inside. I definitely will be back. I want to try the enchiladas next time! I say great food for the price. Plus the servings are big which is a plus.

Stopped in for dinner - had a burrito, an order of tacitos, a crispy chicken taco, and a crispy beef taco. Place is clean - service was great and food was good,

This is the REAL DEAL! Best Mexican restaurant in Dayton. We are very satisfied and will return asap. I ordered the Combo #3, Taco and Enchilada. My husband ordered the Combo #10, Mucho Grande. Every item was packed with flavor. The food was so good, we were tempted to take an order of nachos to go even after we finished our dinner meals. This will become our regular Thursday night dinner spot. Great service. Clean space. Casual dining at its finest.

Victor's offered a wide selection of menu items. We ordered three meals and were pleased to find two favorites that are hard to find: fish burrito and deep fried (not baked) chimichanga. All 3 orders were really good! The staff was friendly and not at all impatient as I tried to take in all the choices. The restaurant was extremely clean and brightly decorated. The food was much better tasting than the Mexican we've had in the area lately. The fish was crispy and the lettuce was fresh! The day was freezing but Victor's temperature was warm and the place was cheerful. I plan to go back again.

Food was bland. Ordered 3 tacos. Service was fast and friendly. Gdid not eat in. Went thru drive thruMight try something different next time.

The food was good. Employees are nice. I was very surprised with it being a fast food restaurant and how quickly you get the food that it was delicious. I got the Birria combo and it was very meaty. They give you more than enough sauce to enjoy your whole meal. 10 out of 10.

Reminds me of a San Diego taco shop. I miss those greatly since moving to Ohio. Excellent food , fresh and hot. My go-to place for Mexican food.
