It was very small and the area was not so great. If the location was different then maybe. But it also seemed like it was in somebody house with an extra bedroom

Beautiful venue. Perfect for small intimate events. VERY reasonably priced. The owner is courteous and responds promptly. There's plenty of off-street parking behind the venue. Full kitchenette available (no stove). The venue includes linens and chair covers. Soundbar, 65" TV, WiFi... literally everything you need to have a perfect small event.
