Underground Chuck’s

Ordered a sandwich and tots with cheese, and I got a drizzle of cheese on my tots and the burger was totally absent. Yes the burger was not even put in the container with my dry crunchy minimally cheesed tots! Totally terrible establishment as my wife's sandwich was terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE! The styrofoam containers are beat up like they cooked the food in their back seat while on the Highway!

Ghost kitchen: If your not familiar O'Charleys runs four restaurants out of their places now. Underground Chucks, Dockside Charlies, Coop and Run and O'Charleys. Is the food good? As good as O'Charlies, which I find average. Do you feel scammed that you thought you were getting something new but got some off menu food from OC? A little. The websites for the restaurants make no mention of this fact. They are not being transparent about this business.Do you think it's a good idea? I do. The restaurant industry is going to suffer badly over the next year and the business is heavily weighted to carry out and delivery food. These restaurants cater to the evolving industry, they are having trouble staffing and I think we will see many more large corporations jumping on this ship just to survive.

Ordered from this place DoorDash, which turned out to be an O'Charley's. The Bayou Burger I ordered looked quite sad compared to the photo on the website. It came with the tiniest dollop of cheese and no other sauce, and was missing the extra patty I paid for. Andouille yourself a favor and gator better burger anywhere else.

Wish I could give this "0" star. This is not even a real restaurant. This is a "ghost restaurant" which I didn't even know was a thing. They have no location. They have no kitchen. They are only on delivery apps and they farm their orders off to O'Charleys and the like. My "MeatGrinder Burger" came dry and tasteless and didn't even have the pulled pork on it which was literally the whole reason I ordered the burger in the first place. I called O'Charley's and they said they don't even have pork in there kitchen!!!! WT actual F!!!!

Burgers dry and not very special. Wendy's is better and a lot cheaper. Wouldn't waste my money.

Order via the Grubhub app. I ordered the Matterhorn burger, which is basically a mushroom/swiss. What I received was a regular burger, lettuce tomato, pickles, onion and cheddar cheese. So, not even what I ordered. Had high expectations going in, and was met with disappointment and something I didn't even order.

Ordered a few times, it's a hamburger. It's good size and taste good. It's a hamburger. Don't over think it.

Ordered from DoorDash. Burgers were very good, I did the bleu moo. I also ordered the brownie bites and oh my gosh they're amazing! I would have liked a little more sauce on the burger or the option to add one on their menu but it was all still awesome! I will definitely be ordering again!
