I stopped in today hoping to find something for lunch. I did, I bought some shredded potatoes to make hash browns. This is a corner grocery store that's good for the basic things - like milk, bread, hamburger, etc. But it doesn't have a great selection so it's maybe not so great for your weekly grocery shopping. People are very nice and helpful. But I'll stick to the big stores for now.

It's a little supermarket in the middle of Piqua. It's a bit older. Doesn't have all the precise engineering to exploit you that the modern ones do. It's a bit more human. The folks who work there they know their stuff. They talk to you like you're a human being. When there was no place to buy stuff during the lockdown, you could get some food and some essentials that Ulbrichs. They were good to human beings, and the mega corporations just don't do that.

Someone needs to train the cashier's how to ring up a coupon properly. I used a coupon that that read 16 oz bacon, 2 for $6. The cashier rang it up as 2 for $6.68. this isn't the first time they messed up a coupon. About a year ago I had a cashier ring up the wrong amount for a coupon. I tried to explain that to the cashier and she got very rude. I walked out without the items because she was so rude. I thought I'd give them another try, maybe that was just an anomaly. Nope, still messed the coupon up. I didn't want to get into an argument again so I just paid the amount and left. I will not not step foot in their again until they get their act together. It's a shame too, because I love supporting our hometown businesses, but i don't want to be cheated.

never open on time. there's a line standing outside and you can see workers inside but there acting like it's not 15 minutes past opening time. no lights on or anything. very rude employees. wish I knew how to let the owner know what is going on this morning. I'm going to take a pic of all the cars and people outside waiting for the employees to open.

Been going to Ulbrichs IGA for more than 30 years! I buy donuts there every morning! Every Wednesday I've been cashing my checks as well! I spend some where around $50 e week in there, now all of a sudden if your only buying cigarettes they will no longer cash your check! That's bullshit! I guess if that's the way it going to be I'll take my business elsewhere!

Store is more expensive than others but the location is convenient. Doughnuts are by far the best while the cashiers are by far the most unfriendly customer service I've ever experienced.

My grandmother and my mother have shopped here since before i was born because "they have the best meats in town", and they were right. I haven't been here in about 15 years since i live in Oregon, but have heard it's gotten a bit run down. I hope this isn't the case. This place is kind of a Piqua institution.

Iga has the absolute best apple fritters I have ever had. Geat there early while there still warm.

I went to Ulbrichs donut shop 2 Fridays ago. Got 11/2 dozen donuts. The lady charged me almost $26 dollars. If it wasn't that I was in a hurry I would have given them back. Because of that I have stopped recommending them to friends. So know you have lost money because my friends and family now go to krogers. It's cheaper.

This store is old, run down, and prices are high, but for the poor folks in Piqua it is a place they can walk to and pick up a few things without going across town. The parking lot is not safe after dark, but they close at 11pm now so its all good. They do need to clean the parking lot of hack, spit, trash.
