Truva has become a truly favorite restaurant for the food, yes! But also for the kind service, the cultural experience, the truly welcoming environment. I LOVE the bread and oil/tomato dip that is served during menu review time. The Turkish tea is a favorite for the cute size and the sugar cubes! The chicken soup is one of my favorites, and the dark chocolate pudding is delicious! The maras ice cream tastes like sweetened condensed milk!! Just go- you won't be disappointed!!!

The inside of this restaurant is a very nice and clean vibe and great to be in. However, I was extremely disappointed in the portion size especially for the price of what I paid. I ordered the chicken Adana kebob and it came with one skewer and a very little portion of their "rice" and a quarter of a tortilla which was $30. If the dish was mind blowing I wouldn't have minded paying that price but it wasn't anything I would have any desire to come back for.

Truva's Turkish Kitchen was an incredible dining experience! We ordered the Chef's mixed grill for two, and every bite was perfectly seasoned and tender. The hummus was silky and flavorful, paired with their absolutely amazing bread--warm, fresh, and irresistible. We also enjoyed a bottle of Yakut wine, which complemented the meal beautifully. Fantastic food and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had a celebration dinner at Truva and everything was perfect. The hummus and eggplant appetizer was amazing, the cheese flatbread was fresh and texture was perfect. We did a mixed grill for four that reasonably could feed 5-6. Service was perfect and beautiful interior. Perfect dinner.

7/7/23 Long overdue post that I kept forgetting to post....I came here with my husband as we were craving Mediterranean and were in the area. We were greeted immediately upon entry and seated. The waiter brought us water and took our order. I love when a restaurant just gives water as if to encourage people to drink more water. We ordered: appetizer sampler for two which was a generous portion and we enjoyed sampling each various appetizer option. We also ordered pan friend veal liver because we're crunchy like that and wanted to try it. It's delicious! Definitely get it! Lastly we had the Adana kebab. Everything was delicious and quickly made. Our waiter Savas was great! We also enjoyed some Turkish coffee and that made our experience even grander. This ambiance is awesome, the service is top tier and so is the food. 10/10 recommend!

Loved returning to Truva and try new things! As vegetarians there are a handful of items but all very flavorful. We got the cold mezze sampler to share and falafel. Also enjoyed Turkish tea and coffee and topped everything off with delicious baklava. The sampler looks small but is super filling and perfect for sharing. If you haven't had Turkish tea or coffee it's worth a try however keep in mind the coffee is a little gritty. You are welcomed with Turkish bread and a garlic tomato oil for dipping. The ambiance of the place is great, and also suitable for kids! They provided us with a high chair for our 10 month old and seated us near the door with enough room.

I went with a big group of friends on a Friday night and they were packed! It was a little loud inside with so many people but the restaurant itself is beautiful inside. A few of us shared the Appetizer Sampler for 4 - it had great variety and tasted great, but we were a little surprised at the portion size for four people. For the entrée, I ordered the Cokertme Kebab and it was deeeelicious! Think a pile of fried potatoes smothered in garlic yogurt with ground meat and tomato sauce. Truva's food is good but the menu is enormously overwhelming and the prices are a little high. If you want to treat yourself to a nice meal, this is a good spot. If you're craving tasty Mediterranean food, I'd personally head over to Al-Madina in Clifton for their generous portions at an affordable price.

Service was welcoming and attentive!We got the appetizer platter for 2 - while there were 3 of us. It was more than enough food - and we didn't finish it. So yummy!!For dinner, we got Mediterranean salad with grilled shrimp- my husband ate every bite- and loved it; the Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon - I also loved it, but it was too much to eat in one meal; and our son got the lamb chops - he also enjoyed every bite!!!For desert, they share the knefe - shredded phyllo dough stuffed with fresh mozzarella cheese. It was baked when ordered and served hot so good. Again, they loved it!We will be back!!

I was visiting Cincinnati on business and a colleague to me to Truva for lunch. It was outstanding. The service is impeccable. They have an excellent staff. The home made bread oven fired was a very nice way to start a meal. I had the chicken kabob and it was seasoned nicely and tender. Overall, highly recommended.
