Lots of unique selection of Japanese rice cakes, dango, flavored fish, natto, and many more!I moved to Cincinnati from San Francisco which is a very Asian friendly and great city foodies.I was looking for a Japanese grocery store like you, Tokyo foods! The price seems fair to me compared to other Japanese grocery stores which is located in KY. I highly recommend here, and decided to spend $$ here to support them!

A good 20 min drive from Cincy, but it is a cute small shop with authentic Japanese products. They carry Sun Noodle Fresh Ramen kits, which is great! They also have a wide selection of frozen udon and ready gyoza wrappers for an easy Asian meal at home!

This is one of my favorite stores they have everything i need for all my Japanese cooking needs. The owners are lovely and very friendly. They carry things I can't even find at jungle jim's i've never been able to go in for just one thing because that's so much packed into that little store. I usually grab something i find interesting and want to try, or stick up in japanese candy. one small gripe is that sometimes their items are expired... but i understand because they are a very small operation. i just make sure to double check before i buy so it's no big deal. I feel so lucky to have them in the community

Japanese-specific grocery store. Stopped on by to pick up some sashimi. lots of options available although it was all frozen which takes away a star (vs Keegan's). Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, squid, octopus. Picked up some yellow tail ($30/pound) and a full pound of squid ($19) for some excellent sashimi at home. Store owners are extemely friendly and helpful. You really appreciate the sense of a small family business and personally, I feel great contributing to that. Slightly pricey but excellent product.

It was a bad experience after had diarrhea and realized the dumpling we bought was out of expiration, almost a year. When we came to back store, the owner was angry about the return and mentioned that was a special price on the top. However, my point is about the expiration is almost out of a year. It should rid up right away but they still sold for the customer. At the beginning when I bought, I trusted this market and believed they sold the fresh product for us, it was a big mistake when I was having the diarrhea. The last thing I want to say it was really impolite is about the owner insulted us and said "Got out of my property". I will never go to this market anymore, be careful when you buy any food in the market to make sure the expiration date is good.

This place has all the necessary items for the starving Japanese natives. Sauces, frozen fish, udon/soba, fish cakes, rice crackers, tea, etc. The vegetables looked very fresh. They also had a small rental movie section. I'm thrilled to have found such a great store in Ohio! I'm definitely coming back as often as I can.
